- In addition to the entry price, there are also software and programs Ryan suggests you use; such as Investor Carrot, Monday.com, Call Porter, Ballpoint Marketing and REsimpli. These come with monthly costs that add to the $3,000.

So I will give Ryan some props there as I particularly like the lead generation business model. It gives you the opportunity to create a passive income stream as well as help your community by generating leads for local businesses.
This is why I prefer Digital Leasing over any program out there.
You create a website that generates leads for local businesses and then rent it out for $500 to $2,000. If you want to double your monthly income, you double the number of websites.
The best thing about it is that you can start right away and get paid as quickly as the following week!

No, I don’t think so!

I just think there are better options out there that don’t have you stressing over a business model where you may not find any success.
No one wants to invest a huge amount of capital and spend all their hours in a day to end up with nothing!
