Last but not least we have Cardone Capital. This is a real estate investment company that gives the average day-to-day investor the opportunity to access prime locations that they don’t usually have access to. It is led by the popular media personality, Grant Cardone, but the drawback to this program is that there is an initial $5,000 upfront investment, which can be a bit too pricey without a guarantee of finding any success.
What’s My Personal Opinion On The Clever Investor Program?
Before you even consider purchasing a course or program online, there are a few things you must consider.
Whenever you do your research and start to ask Google questions like “Is Clever Investors legit?” or “Are the Clever Investor products any good?” you will almost certainly find negative reviews.
One thing to remember is that these reviews are often written by a small portion of users who have had a bad experience with the program.
Another thing to note is that when you need to have the right mindset going in to the Clever Investor program.
There is always risk involved with real estate, and if you are a beginner, the risk is even greater.
With all that being said, here are some questions you need to ask yourself before you decide to go all-in with the program:

- What is the quality of the program?
- Do the program’s positive reviews outnumber the negative?

- You are being taught by an experienced guru who has achieved massive success in his chosen field using the principles he teaches in his program.
The negatives are as follows:
- There is a high cost to join his mentoring program which means not everyone can afford it.
- Investing in real estate isn’t as easy as this program makes it seem. It requires a lot of leg work and real experience in the field to get good at it.
Also, when you search “Is Clever Investor a scam” on Google you will see users with negative experiences such as this one:
If you look at the reviews that are made by the users who have had bad experiences with the program, you can begin to understand their frustrations. It is in poor taste that the customer service team lacks empathy on how to deal with complaints in a professional manner.
Clever Investor does have its strong points as it provides its students with good quality information, which is taught by an experienced guru.
However, I would not recommend this program because of the high costs that are involved in starting with this program, it doesn’t guarantee you any success, and the fact that real estate has a small profit margin compared to how much time you have to put in finding the right deals.
The reward just isn’t worth the effort you put in.
On the bright side, I do have a personal favorite when it comes to making money online that has LESS of the leg work and MORE of the profit margins.
I just think you can earn a lot more than what Clever Investor gets you.

However, the prices of the mentorship programs are too high for the average Joe who is working a 9-5.
Not many people have cash lying around to make these kinds of pricey investments.
Yeah, the course does have value for it, and you can make money from it…

Let’s say you did have a large amount of capital to begin with…would it be even worth your time to get into this program?
