  • With over 608,000 subscribers on his YouTube Channel, it’s clear that he’s earned a great deal of trust on the network. Additionally, the Likes: Dislikes ratio for each video is outstanding.
  • Kris’ YouTube tutorials are educational. Others demand a premium for the knowledge they provide for free access.
  • Kris is the type of person who thinks creatively. For example, no one had invented anything comparable to the mentorship app before him.


Here are some of the downsides of his real estate investing program.

  • If we had to pick one criticism, it would be that his YouTube videos make things appear so simple. While it is possible to earn a lot of money in real estate, it requires much effort.
