This is a really good course with some great information from someone who’s been there and done it. As you might expect from someone so comfortable in front of the camera, Peter is a solid teacher and there’s a lot to learn here. The community aspect is perhaps the weakest part of the masterclass, but it will still make students feel they are together on a journey.

The Good Stuff

  • Peter lives and breathes this model – Peter is living proof that this approach can work, which might put your mind at rest.
  • Property is a reliable wealth builder – Lots of people have made good money with property investment, and it's a classic technique.
  • The masterclass is free – You can sign up for the masterclass without paying a dime, which is a big plus point for many!

The Bad Stuff

  • Property flipping is a real lifestyle business – There's no shortcuts here, you'll need to invest a whole lot of time and energy to make this work.
  • You'll need a lot of money to invest – The course is free, but property investment certainly is not. This might make it inaccessible to some people.
  • There are no guarantees – People have lost, do lose, and will keep losing, money on property investments, so keep in mind nothing is guaranteed.

Firstly, Why Am I Writing The Review?

My story starts like many do… “slaving away” at a 9-5 job that I didn’t really enjoy, but hey – it paid the bills.

I worked for a large Fortune 500 company that performed background checks for other companies when they wanted to hire a new employee… so you know, not exactly exciting stuff.

For a lot of people, a nice stable job and predictable check coming in every month is the picture of success, but for me, it felt like I was missing out on life.

Clocking in every single day, doing the same tasks over and over again, getting home with barely enough time to make dinner and enjoy some time to myself… only to wake up again the next morning and do it all over again.

I just wanted to enjoy life without being shackled to an unfilling job.

I wanted to be able to take vacations whenever I wanted, for however long I wanted.

I didn’t want to have to beg my boss for a salary increase that barely matched inflation.

I just wanted to be free and happy.

Then about 4 years ago (as a stroke of luck), I stumbled across a program that taught me how to make money online by actually helping real people (local US businesses).

99% of reviewers out there don’t have experience running an actual business. They’re writing about stuff that they have no real experience with.

Why would they do that?

I just think – with such a large initial investment and so much at stake – most of us would prefer something with a little less time investment, a little less energy-drain, and a little less risk.

This is why I tend to point people in the direction of something very different… Digital Leasing.

Well, it’s the real estate investor model… but maybe not as you know it. Investing in property is the dream for most of us. We want to buy a home, live in it, sell it after five or ten years, and buy a better one. We might even make a profit out of it.

Unlike traditional real estate transaction, Peter is all about hitting those big profits sooner rather than later. This is flipping houses. You’re not buying homes to live in; you’re buying them so you can maximize their value then sell quickly. Boom… great profit margins here we come.

The real estate guru tells us about other methods and models too. Some are pretty straightforeward, like buying a property to speculate on the value, or generate income from monthly rent. Others are a little more tricky.

Wholesaling, for example, involves working with distressed sales and foreclosed properties. If you feel a bit icky cold calling homeowners or organizing quick sales for well below the value of the property, you might not like this part of the real estate market.

How Much Does the Quick Flip Masterclass Cost?

I know you’re bracing yourself for this bit… how much is this all going to set you back? How much does Quick Flip Masterclass cost?

Drum roll… Nothing. Nada. Zero dollars.

You won’t have to pay anything to join the masterclass, and you can’t make big steps on your real estate investor journey free of charge!

But don’t get too excited just yet. A free course is no good if it’s not changing your life for the better. Here’s a few things to bear in mind before you dive right in…

  1. The Quick Flip Masterclass might be free, but real estate investing certainly isn’t! – The cheapest places to buy a property in the USA are Ohio, Mississipi and Oklahoma, with median prices of between $225,000 and $240,000. In California and Hawaii, the median prices are north of $700k. Wherever you invest, you’re looking at a lot of money.
  2. The profit margins can change in a big way – Currently, property flipping is getting less profitable. Average return on investment actually halved between 2017 and 2022. You could find yourself putting in a lot of work for not much reward if the real estate market doesn’t move your way.
  3. There are ongoing costs to think about too – Most home renovation projects cost up to $78,000, but can go much higher. Maintenance, utilities, and other recurring fees can jack up the cost of the project too, and all of this will eat into your actual profit margins.

There’s no guarantee that your property will sell. Don’t take it as a given that flipped houses sell. You could end up spending money buying and improving a property that no one wants, resulting in a loss.

Property might be the world’s oldest wealth builder, but we’re talking about something very different with house flipping, and there’s a lot more risk.

How is Quick Flip Masterclass Different?

In terms of the model, it’s very different from other real estate investing programs like Beyond Bnb Secrets. Dr Chau Ong homes in on the Air BnB market, while Peter is more focused on flipping houses.

There’s a little bit of crossover with Carlton Weiss and his Foreclosure Academy, but only because both courses cover foreclosure property transactions to a greater or a less extent. But this is Carlton’s thing, while Peter only touches on it.

What is Peter Souhleris All About? – Reviewing the Guru

Peter Souhleris

Peter is a property investesting wizard. This guy has probably flipped more homes than you’ve flipped burgers at a backyard barbecue. He knows his stuff and he knows it well.

You might know him from the Flipping Boston TV show. This is where he showed the world exactly what is possible with this type of real estate model. And the world was impressed… national news outlets flocked to hear what he had to say.

But his TV career is just one income stream out of many. As the founder of CityLight Homes in Massachusetts, Peter has a range of ongoing investments right across the state. This sounds like a guy who can give you the winning strategies successful property investing requires.

Is Quick Flip Masterclass Legit?

This is another big question in any Quick Flip Masterclass review… is Quick Flip Masterclass legit? Or is there a scam going on here?

Well I think it’s pretty clear that Quick Flip Masterclass IS legit. It’s pretty hard to run a scam when you’re not charging any money for your property investing services. Yes, you’ll be investing a ton in the real estate market, but none of this is going to Peter.

I did find a Federal Trade Commission report into a real estate seminar company that Peter had endorsed in the past, but this is not linked to the Quick Flip Masterclass.

So no… there’s no scam here.

But what there is is a true lifestyle business. Flipping houses is not something you dabble in. It’s something you live and breathe… something you think about all day and dream about all night.

It’s expensive in basically every sense. Big upfront investment costs. Big time commitment, basically forever. Biiig effort, every single day.

You’ll need to draw on all this to make this extremely capital intensive business model work.

My Personal Opinion on Peter Souhleris and the Quick Flip Masterclass

My Personal Opinion: Scam or Legit?

So what do I think about all this?

Well I’m a big fan of Peter and I’m super inspired by all he’s done. But this isn’t really the point. I want to know if this real estate course is actually a good choice for people who want to make real money online.

I think for some people… it could be.

I think for most peopleprobably not.

Before I go into this in more detail, here’s what I look for in a program like this…

  1. Incredible coaching and mentoring
  2. Massive profit potential
  3. Life changing levels of freedom

Is the Quick Flip Masterclass the Right Call to Make You Money?

A mention of Peter in the FTC's report on Zurixx, who the guru had endorsed.

Like I said… for some people, maybe. For most people, no.

Here’s why I think this…

  1. Peter is a great coach and fantastic mentor, but this is one of the most difficult business models to pull off. You’ll need real passion and drive to make Peter’s methods work.
  2. There’s certainly profit potential here, but there’s a lot of risk too. Flipping houses could land you a fortune, or it could see you wiping out your emergency fund.
  3. I don’t see freedom here. Prepare yourself for decades of hard grind, hopefully made worthwhile by a series of massive wins. If this sounds like the life you’d love, go right ahead.

I think you know already if Quick Flip Masterclass is for you. By now, you’re either quivering with excitement or trembling with fear at the thought of flipping properties for a living.

If you’re in the latter category, I think other business models might be a much better fit. And one of the best in my opinion is Digital Leasing.
