But the problem lies in the fact that it might be too niche…

I mean, Dr Chau lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas which has a population of over 6 million people, so he has a great number to work with.

So, if you live in a populated area, you may have a chance to make some money with his program, which means Dr Chau isn’t scamming you.

However, not all of us live in densely populated areas like Dr Chau, and this is where we fall short.

Also, Dr Chau focuses on vacation rentals which has a significant downside. With vacation rentals, the income heavily depends on factors such as weather and season, which are known to change.

This makes the income from vacation rentals unsteady and inconsistent…

I’d rather opt for a program where there aren’t geographical limitations or a business model that isn’t dependent on the weather or seasons to make ends meet.

Would I Recommend Beyond BnB Secrets?
