Viral Content Review (Updated 2024): Is Jon Jacques The Best Viral Content Creator

Welcome to my Viral Content Review. My goal is to help you understand what the program is all about, how much it costs, if it's a good use of your time, your money, and much more! It should be less than 10 minutes start to finish, so let's dive in!

Viral Content Review

Hi there and thanks for joining me on this Viral Content review! This is where I give you the lowdown on Jon Jacques program, so you can decide if it’s right for you…

But what was it that brought you to my blog?

  • Maybe you already do some digital and social media marketing, and you wanted to learn a bit more about what Jon Jacques can offer?
  • Perhaps you were looking for ways to make money online, and you needed more info on the program before you hit that buy button?
  • Or it could be you’re simply worried about all the shady talk doing the rounds online, and you need to know: “is there a Viral Content scam I ought to know about?”

Well whichever it is, I’m here for it. My review includes all the deets you need to make the right choice.

But why should you listen to me?

  • Well… I’ve been one of the lucky ones, making a bit of money from online programs. This gives me a good view of what can work and what probably won’t.
  • I’m also an old hand at this… I’ve written a ton of different reviews for online courses. You might have seen my Flat Fee Mastery blog, or my Iman Gadzhi review already.
  • I’ve put in the time and effort, finding every review I could find to give you what you need.

So let’s get into it. I’m going to make sure you have all the information you need to get a balanced view of the course, you’ll get it all in less than 15 minutes flat…

This Viral Content review has been thoroughly researched with information and testimonials that are available to anyone in the public. Any conclusions drawn by myself are opinions.

Jon gives you a useful textbook, some videos, and a set of bonuses… it’s one of the better viral marketing courses out there. There’s not much mentoring outside of the videos, though, as this is basically an ‘off the peg’ course. The community group is basically non-existent as well.

The Good Stuff

  • Viral marketing is an important part of your strategy – Digital marketers can gain a lot from incorporating a viral approach, so the course might be useful if you're already marketing products and services.
  • The course is pretty affordable – The price I found was less than $40, so this might be a low risk way to explore viral content.
  • Jon is a content star and has worked with big names – Jon performs magic and has appeared in a few viral videos himself, which might be a nice boost for anyone interested in working with him.

The Bad Stuff

  • Viral content is hard to make and harder to profit from – Viral posting won't generally make you any money all by itself, so you'll need something to promote.
  • Jon's own posts don't tend to go viral – Jon doesn't always practice what he preaches with his own social media posts, so this might be a red flag for some.
  • Viral trends change all the time – What went viral in 2022 probably won't in 2024 or 2025, so even after you've finished the course there'll be a lot of guess work involved.

Firstly, Why Am I Writing The Review?

Nice to meet you, my name is Brittney!

My story starts like many do… “slaving away” at a 9-5 job that I didn’t really enjoy, but hey – it paid the bills.

I worked for a large Fortune 500 company that performed background checks for other companies when they wanted to hire a new employee… so you know, not exactly exciting stuff.

For a lot of people, a nice stable job and predictable check coming in every month is the picture of success, but for me, it felt like I was missing out on life.

Clocking in every single day, doing the same tasks over and over again, getting home with barely enough time to make dinner and enjoy some time to myself… only to wake up again the next morning and do it all over again.

I just wanted to enjoy life without being shackled to an unfilling job.

I wanted to be able to take vacations whenever I wanted, for however long I wanted.

I didn’t want to have to beg my boss for a salary increase that barely matched inflation.

I just wanted to be free and happy.

Then about 4 years ago (as a stroke of luck), I stumbled across a program that taught me how to make money online by actually helping real people (local US businesses).

Who Cares About That?

99% of reviewers out there don’t have experience running an actual business. They’re writing about stuff that they have no real experience with.

Why would they do that?

They just want you to click through and buy the program that the review is about!

I have absolutely no relationship with J Rich, so you can rest easy knowing that I’m going to give you my honest opinion.

This review is written based on my own experiences with this business model.

All that being said, let’s jump into things.

TLDR – Will Jon Jacques Transform Your Social Media Platforms Game?

Will Jon Jacques Transform Your Social Media Platforms Game

Jon Jacques is a viral content guru. This means, if you want to promote your business with a video that reaches an audience of millions, he’s the man to help you do it.

We’ve all seen viral content. The memes, videos, images and posts that make a really big splash on social media networks. If you’re a business owner or marketer, a viral post is like gold dust. Just imagine how many people are going to see you’re brand, and connect with your products!

But it’s not just how many people you reach… it’s how they respond.

It’s like you pick up your guitar and you head down to Main Street. You start playing a Taylor Swift song, and people are loving it. Soon you’ve got a big audience, and they’re going wild. When you hit that final chord there’s rapturous applause.

“Hey thanks!” You say, “if you want to buy some merch head to my webpage at www…” But they’ve already gone. They loved the tune… they’re not interested in what you’re trying to sell.

This is viral marketing. It’s not just about putting yourself out there… you need the right response. There’s definitely money to be made from going viral, and most of us have been influenced by a funny ad that did the round on social media, even if we didn’t realize it. But you can’t rely only on this.

You can’t depend exclusively on going viral…

A viral video is just one part of a broad digital strategy. Unless you’re lucky enough to hit that winning combination of a mega-popular video, a super-clear message, and an ultra-engaged audience, you’re going to need a whole lot of other strings to your bow.

This is why I actually point marketers in a different, more reliable direction… Digital Leasing.

Digital Leasing is all about local lead generation. You’re not just trying to reach as many people as possible. Instead, you focus your efforts on a limited area… a specific region and a specialized niche.

Think… pest control in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas, or towing services in Saginaw, Michigan. This is a market you can make your own, packed with leads who need great services and need them right now!

So you set up a website and you lease this site out to your local business partners. They get super qualified calls that lead to easy conversions, and they pay you a solid monthly rental income for your trouble.

But the secret is… it’s actually not much trouble at all. Once your site is set up it only takes a few clicks and a few minutes out of your day to run. And with your template you’ll be able to repeat the process for other niches in other locations.

For marketers, this is a dream. Reliable income, without worrying that your next attempt at a viral video might not hit the mark. Oh… and the freedom to do whatever you want.

So what will you do with that freedom

  • Well you’ll have plenty of time to devote to other marketing activities… you can run your business and boost your income with Digital Leasing.
  • Maybe you’ll take some time off, see the world, write your novel, or spend more time with loved ones.
  • Or you might even become an internet celeb with a viral video of your own, without the pressure of having all your eggs in the viral basket.

It’s up to you.

Click the link to get started with Digital Leasing today.

Who Is Viral Content For… And Who’s It NOT For?

Who Is Viral Content For... And Who's It NOT For?

Some people might be able to win big with these processes, but not everyone! So who is the program really for?

Who It’s For…

You might get something out of the Viral Content program, if…

  • You dream of being an internet celebrity – Many people love the idea of getting mega-famous online. If this is you, you might want to explore Jon’s program.
  • You already have a business and products to promote – In most cases you won’t make money just from a viral video alone. If you’ve got an existing company with products and services to tie in with the content, it could be a good fit.
  • You believe in Jon Jacques – Not everything about Jon Jacques’s claims adds up, but if you believe in the guru and his brand, this program could work for you.

Who It’s NOT For…

You probably won’t get anything from Viral Content, if…

  • You need a direct route to marketing success – Viral content is really hard to make, and your post might not gain the traction you expect.
  • You don’t have any thing to promote – On big streaming platforms like YouTube you get paid for your ad revenue, not your view count. So if you don’t have anything to promote off the back of your post, you’re not going to make much money from a viral hit.
  • You don’t have a wider strategy – You’ll need a viral win basically every week to make money from this by itself, which is almost impossible. So if you don’t have a wider marketing strategy, you’re not going to get anything out of the course.

The 1000 FT View On Jon Jacques And Viral Content

The 1000 FT View On Jon Jacques And Viral Content

It’s time to take a few steps back, so we can learn all about exactly what’s going on with Viral Content… and with the guru.

The Viral Content Business Model

Is the Viral Content Program Worthwhile?

Time Investment3.0 out of 5 starsThe course is pretty streamlined, even with the bonuses. If you time everything perfectly, you could create a viral video hit in just a few hours. More likely, though, is that it’s going to take you months of trial and error.
Level of Control1.5 out of 5 starsThere’s very little control here. Even once you have a bit of a handle on what makes a good viral video, you’re still at the mercy of user trends and social media posting policies.
Ease of Implementation3.0 out of 5 starsJust like with the time investment score, you should find the tips Jon gives you pretty easy to implement. Whether your strategy will end up successful, however, is a very different question.
Profit Potential1.4 out of 5 starsYou’re only going to profit if you have products and services to promote off the back of the video. On top of this, you’re only going to really profit if you hit the jackpot with your viral content efforts.

Do you remember Backyard Squirrel Maze Ninja Warrior Course? No…? Doesn’t matter, because this video was viewed 112 million times and got 2.6 million likes on YouTube alone.

You probably remember Despacito by Luis Fonsi though. This was pretty much inescapable back in 2017, and the video scored more than 8 billion views, plus countless imitations.

If you haven’t already guessed, we’re talking viral content… specifically viral videos. This means posting social media content that goes far beyond a handful of likes and crying-laughing emojis from your family and friends – you’re targeting millions of views, not just dozens.

What’s the point of all this? Well, it’s cool to be famous I guess, but this isn’t really what Jon Jacques is about. He’s more about monetizing this content, turning views into clicks, clicks into traffic, and traffic into profitable lead and customer candidates.

It all sounds pretty neat… a 21st Century spin on the age-old advertizing principle of “getting noticed”. But here are a few things to be aware of before you dive in with this one.

  1. It’s super hard to predict what’s going to go viral – Ever stumbled across a really cool video with like nine likes? Even great content can struggle to gain traction.
  2. The viral market is crowded – Yes, 75% of all viral content is video based, so there are opportunities here. But there’s a lot of competition too. The big streamers make their living on viral successes, but the majority are just shouting into the void.
  3. Content regulations are stricter than they used to be – There is a risk that viral content can do harm, spreading misinformation to the world. Facebook’s decision to use automatic fact checkers and viral misinformation flags has made it harder to reach bigger audiences. You might end up getting your post flagged even if you didn’t spread any misinformation!

This last point is really important, and can limit your creativity a bit as you create posts. Let’s say you’ve got a funny Trump or Biden story, for example. Even if you’re not saying anything critical, anything false, anything controversial at all, you might still find it doesn’t get past the social media platform’s blocker tools.

Then all that time, effort and money you put into the video will have been wasted!

How Much Does Viral Content Cost?

The Viral Content cost

As of February 2024, the price for Jon Jacques Viral Content course was $37. This is a one-time payment, and Jon will ship the physical course book and the USB drive to your home. So you’ll have lifetime access.

Apparently this is an 82% ‘early bird’ discount… so the full price of the course $205.555556. Once 1,000 copies are sold, the price is supposed to rise to $197.00, which is 8.555556 bucks short.

This does make me think Jon has plucked the 82% figure out of thin air, but it’s not a bad price all the same. Especially when Jon values the course at $575.

How has he reached this $575 value? Yeah I don’t know either. Maybe best not to overthink it…

How Is Viral Content Different?

There are plenty of digital marketing courses out there, so how is Viral Content any different? The subject matter is definitely something to take into account. For instance, it stands apart from Modern Millionaires because MM is more about paid ads, while good viral content should be organic.

It’s a bit more similar to something like Robert Benjamin’s YouTube Shorts Audit, but Jon focuses specifically on how to create viral content, rather than auditing existing social media strategies.

The Guru In The Spotlight – Who Is Behind The Viral Content Review System?

Jon with Michael B. Jordan

Jon Jacques goes by Jonathan Jacques on a lot of his social channels, and he’s spent the last few years making waves in the world of digital marketing.

But this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Jon. If this guru looks familiar, it could be because you’ve seen him performing magic tricks and illusions online. That’s right… the Viral Content creator is a bit of a viral star himself, wowing the likes of Creed star Michael B. Jordan with his skills.

He’s also worked with people like Ellen DeGeneres, Logan Paul, Billie Eilish… so when Jon mentions things like “celebritizing”, he certainly knows what he’s talking about!

So this guy just waved a magic wand and… poof… he was a viral content expert? No… he hit the books. He secured a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Babson College, and even set up his own venture, The Magic of Jonathan Jacques, when he was still in school. This venture was so successful that Jon became the youngest member in the Society of American Magicians National Council.

Outside of magic, content was always a bit of a passion for Jon. He created a selling guide for the FIFA 12 soccer video game back in 2011, and was the co-founder of the Applause influencer marketing platform in 2015. And Viral Content itself? Well that arrived on the scene in 2019. It’s been updated since, you’ll be glad to hear.

Jon never gave up on magic, and he certainly never gave up on performing. As a public speaker, he likes to take to the stage now and again to inform, entertain, and enthral with his ideas. Keep it up, Jon!

Is There a Viral Content Scam Going On Here?

This is the question everyone wants to address… is there a Viral Content scam to be aware of?

I’m going to say no, there’s no scam. Jon is a respected guy in the digital marketing world, and it looks like he’s done great things for his clients. He speaks at big events and has worked with massive companies like Warner Brothers and LEGO.

Also the program is only 37 bucks, at least at the moment. It’s hardly daylight robbery.

Still, the fact checkers I mentioned above might struggle to get their heads around some of his claims. The words “1 Million Followers” are quite clearly displayed on his website, but he’s only got 53,000 on Instagram and only 5k on Twitter.

He does have 912,000 followers on Facebook, which takes us a little bit closer to the million mark. But his Facebook video posts and other content very rarely get more than a few dozen likes.

Jon's Instagram reels

His biggest Instagram reel is a post he shared from Pakistani activist and public figure Muniba Mazari, which gained 73.1k views and 5.4k likes. In most cases his reels don’t break 2.5k views.

If you’re posting a picture of a nice sunset or an awesome brunch you just had these are massive numbers. When you’re trying to push your business into the stratosphere… not so much.

Jon's most recent Facebook post

So there’s no scam here… and it’s unclear whether or not Jon did have 1 million followers at some point, so I’ll give him benefit of the doubt there. He does share some screenshots too, which suggest some videos he’s been involved with have hit that magic million figure.

But I think you need someone who practices what he preaches on viral content and social media marketing, and I don’t think Jon manages that on every post. At least not recently.

My Personal Opinion On Viral Content

Jonathan with a multitude of celebrities

At this point in my Viral Content review article, I want to tell you what I really think… no holding back.

I think viral videos are a big part of social media marketing. Learning about this stuff is critical to success if you’re a digital marketer…

But I can’t quite recommend this one.

First up, here’s what I want to see from a course like this…

  1. Out-of-this-world coaching – You need to be learning great skills in an easily-digestible way.
  2. Major profit potential – You’ve got to be making a good living, at the end of the day.
  3. Real freedom – You want a program that isn’t just a life-killer. It’s not going to take up all your time.

Will Jon Jacques’s System Actually Make You Any Money?

I think it can… but only in very specific circumstances.

Here’s why I don’t recommend this one for most people…

  1. The coaching and materials are very good, but I don’t think Jon is quite living out his claims. His Facebook audience is big but his post-history is not so impressive.
  2. There’s only a big profit to be made here if you’re already a digital marketer with products to sell. Popular content won’t make you a living by itself, unless you’re basically going viral every week like Mr Beast.
  3. If you strike it lucky and make millions off one video, you’re on easy street! In most cases, though, it’s a lot of work with little reward.

So here’s the thing… Jon is very good at magic and he’s probably very good at viral marketing too. But I know, you know, and he knows, the truth – these two things are very different.

For most people, viral videos aren’t magic spells whip up a massive audience and tons of mega engaged followers over night. This might happen in 0.0001% of cases… but it’s going to remain a dream for most marketers.

Instead, viral marketing is a useful asset as part of a far wider strategy. If you’re already working in social media and digital marketing, and you want to boost your chances of gaining traction with your posts, you might want to give it a go. You might even hit the jackpot with the next viral hit.

But for those looking for a slightly more reliable revenue stream, I tend to suggest something a bit different. I’d say Digital Leasing is one of the most effective courses available online at the moment.

Digital Leasing is all about creating a local lead generation website. You set up in your niche and in your region, and you rent this digital space out to your local business partner. As you’re delivering a great service for them – leads that are so easy to convert – they’ll pay you a solid regular rental income.

It’s a whole lot better than waiting around for that big score… the video that finally goes viral.

The great thing about this model is that it can work for almost anyone. Digital marketers will be able to enjoy a whole new angle to their business model, but even people with no marketing experience can develop a winning strategy with Digital Leasing. The team works closely with you, offering some of the best coaching and mentoring I’ve seen anywhere online…

And the best part is these processes only take a few minutes, and you’ll be able run your business with just a few clicks each day. That spells a whole lot of freedom…

So what will you do with all this freedom?

  • Maybe you’ve had your heart set on the trip of a lifetime… a road trip from Perth to Sydney down under, or a tour of Europe’s historic capitals?
  • Perhaps freedom means family, friends, and more special moments with your loved ones?
  • Or it could be you’ll just devote more time to your digital marketing day job… maybe even create that viral content video hit?

It really is up to you.

What’s Inside Viral Content?

What's Inside Viral Content?

Let’s turn the page and take a look inside Jon’s Viral Content course. How does Jonathan Jacques help you promote your brand, your products, and your services, with content that captures the imagination?

The Viral Content Course Book

Interestingly for someone so digitally savvy, Jon delivers a big part of his course through a good old fashioned print book. The course doesn’t rely solely on this – there’s still video content – but you do get a chunky 92-page manual to enjoy. The book covers…

  • “Celebritizing” yourself – Giving yourself a platform to reach millions of users around the globe.
  • The “one post” method – Jon says this method can possibly earn you more money from a single high quality published post than “most people make in a year.”
  • Using automation to make your life easier – Creating and scheduling posts up to eight months in advance.

The Viral Content Video Course

Jon gives you five hours of video content in his course, and he seems to be updating it fairly regularly… so there might be more in the future.

The course arrives on a neat little USB stick. All you need to do is plug in and play.

Here are some of the wins Jon says you can expect…

  • Building your authority from your “celebrity” brand, so the audience listens to what you have to say.
  • Creating up to 7 figures each year, from selling products and services through effort-free social channels.
  • Boosting your credibility by appearing in all kinds of print and digital media.
  • Networking with other influencers and “big players” in your industry, and developing partnership opportunities.
  • Partnering with brands and travel companies to get free stuff.

The Viral Content Bonuses

You’ve also got a collection of bonuses that Jon created alongside the main course. It’s these bonuses, plus the video and book materials, that Jon values at $575…

Check out the table to find out more about these…

Jon’s Bonus Content

The BonusWhat’s It All About?
Jon’s Proven Viral ConceptsYou’ll access 14 viral concepts that Jon has used himself to gain big traffic for his own videos on social media networks. And we are talking big – for example, Jon says he gained 18,000 followers in just 30 days with one video, and scored 32 million views on another.
Behind The Scenes Filming VideosThis is where Jon gives you a look at his own process. Here, the focus is on using the best equipment and methods to really excite your audience, and get that magic “32 million views” that the guru is so proud of.
Action PlanJon claims that viral video creation is actually not that hard, and so he has created a four step process to optimize this process. There’s also a handy checklist you can use to get great results from the very beginning.
Viral HeadlinesThis is another bit of course content that Jon says is “proven”. Here, you get a library of 100 headlines that are supposed to really energize your audience. By using the right headlines on your social media viral videos, the idea is your users help you with distribution by sharing the content themselves.
Simple Content Creation SystemJon wants to give his students the ability to create content efficiently and effectively. He’ll help you build a stress-free system that you can basically rinse and repeat, knocking out months’s worth of content in just a few days. There are also simple templates and ‘copy and paste’ methods.

My Viral Content Review – The Conclusion

It’s time to bring this review to a close… so what’s the conclusion here?

Well viral content is always good news for marketers, and Jon Jacques’s Viral Content program seems like a pretty affordable way to learn about it. As long as you can put aside the whole issue of Jon’s own social media content, that doesn’t tend to get anywhere near viral levels.

But even if the program does work like it’s supposed to, and you do get the tools and skills needed to make big waves on Twitter, Facebook, and elsewhere, it’s still not an exact science. The truth is there’s always going to be a bit of “hit and hope” with viral posts… maybe something will catch on, maybe something won’t.

It’s also not something that’s going to make you money all by itself. If you’re an internet marketer with products and services to promote, there’s no harm in dabbling in the odd viral post here and there. If you’re putting all your eggs in the viral basket, or if you’re just hoping that YouTube streaming revenue is going to make you a fortune, well you’re in for an unpleasant surprise.

I think Jon has done pretty well with this course, but I don’t think it gives you the reliability and solid income that most marketers and entrepreneurs are looking for.

So where do you go from here? Well, you could check out one of my other review blogs… like this one for Chance Welton.

But the best choice… I think… is to take a look at my #1 pick for making money in 2024…

My #1 Way for Making Money Online

Introducing a top Viral Content alternative

Our review team has spent months researching, reviewing, and vetting dozens of business models and thousands of programs.

While there may be no “perfect business”, the research IS conclusive:

Digital Leasing is the #1 online business model for those just starting out.

Whether you’ve never made a dollar online, or you’ve been in this space for a while but never really “made it,” Digital Leasing is for you.

1) It’s Flexible: got an hour a day? You can do this. Ready to drop everything else and dive in full time? You can do this. Yes, the more time you put in, the faster you see results. But even with a little time each day, you can move the needle in a Digital Leasing business.

And because this system is so flexible, you don’t have to constantly be working to make more money. It’s called PASSIVE INCOME because if you stop working, the money doesn’t.

Imagine taking 3 months off to just tour around Europe, rent a cabin in the woods to write a book, hike the Appalachian Trail, or live on the beach and surf all day.

Jon Jacques does suggest that you’ll get passive income, or close to passive anyway, when you get the whole viral thing dialed in. Trouble is, I’m really not sure you can dial it in.

I think the majority or viral marketers are too busy fretting over trends, content distribution, and user engagement, to really enjoy their free time.

2) You Own & Control EVERYTHING: Remember the big viral hit of last year? Pretty different to the viral phenomenon of today, right? Next month, or even next week, it’s going to be different again… this is the terrifying lack of control you have to address as a viral marketer.

Fortunately, Digital Leasing is different. With Digital Leasing (a passive income stream), you own all the assets, which means you have all the power and all the control.

3) Little To No Startup Costs: It’s possible to get into Digital Leasing with zero dollars upfront. Because, using the strategies outlined in this program, you can get a client to pay you BEFORE spending a penny out of your own pocket…even before you do any work.

Even without getting paid in advance, you can have your first Digital Rental Property up, running, and generating profits for less than $100.

4) Easy To Duplicate: Ok, here’s the best part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up and running, you can literally DOUBLE your income with a few clicks, a couple keystrokes, and a single phone call (and you don’t actually need the phone call).

Remember: each Digital Rental Property is worth $500 to $2,000 a month in semi-passive income (over 95% profit). Every time you decide to create another one and increase your income, it gets easier.

Because you have more knowledge, more experience, more results, and more momentum.

If you wanted to double your income in viral marketing, you’d better roll the dice twice as often! There’s no guarantee you’ll score a winner, but maybe your odds improve a bit… from one million to one, down to one million to two or three!

That’s going to be a whole lot harder… and much less reliable… than a few clicks and a few minutes of your life.

5) Make Money Helping Real People: This part is what makes it all worth it. With Digital Leasing, you’re actually helping people by solving your clients’ biggest problem:

Small, local business owners need more customers, and with Digital Leasing, you are unleashing a flood of happy, paying customers for these businesses.

You make money by helping them make money.

Not a big, faceless corporation either…a small business owner who’s using that money to put food on the table for their family, start a college fund for their kids, or take care of a sick parent. Once you see how Digital Leasing makes a real impact in the lives of real people, you’ll sleep like a baby with a big smile on your face.

Now, the choice is yours. You could continue browsing, looking at opportunities like the Viral Content course which could one day make you money.

You could continue researching, never making a decision.

OR, you could take a look inside, consider what you really want, and join a program that makes your dreams a reality. At the same time, joining a community of over 2,000 successful students that are living life on their own terms thanks to Digital Leasing.

A consistent, reliable, semi-passive stream of income that doesn’t depend on you or your time to keep producing profits.

All while genuinely helping real people who are grateful and happy to pay for it.

If this sounds more like what you want out of life (or if you just want some nice side income), click here to learn more about Digital Leasing.
