Who Is Iman Gadzhi?
Iman Gadzhi is the founder of the a large “agency education company”, GrowYourAgency.
He is a digital marketer, businessman, and the CEO of IAG Media. He also runs a couple other online business ventures called “Agency Navigator” and “Agency Incubator”.
Gadzhi is a 20-something Russian entrepreneur based in London.
He says that he dedicated his life to changing the education system after dropping out of high school when he was 18. He started his own digital marketing agency when he was 17 and claimed he amassed over $300,000 in one year.
After his success in Social Media Marketing Agency (SMMA), he taught people how to do the same through his online courses. He also does one-on-one consulting – for a very hefty hourly fee.
He has several social media marketing agencies in London and now claims to make $50,000 monthly.
However, I do have a concern:
Why does this guy keep shifting the names of his companies when he’s mostly doing the exact same thing each time he “starts over”?
We might have named this article “Agency Navigator Course Review” but figured he might bury that name by the time people finish reading.
Usually when you have a good thing going, you don’t try to disappear and resurface in disguise – you build on the success of the brand.

Iman Gadzhi was born on January 3rd, 2000.
He taps into his young audience through social media outlets like YouTube, where he has over 2 million subscribers.
His youth is often referenced as a relatable “hook” for young folks looking to make it big in a tricky economy.
What Is Iman Gadzhi’s Net Worth?
Iman Gadzhi’s net worth in 2023 is about $25M, which is a big jump from his net worth in 2019-2020 of $1M-$5M. Seems like he’s doing very well for himself!
How Did Iman Gadzhi Get His Start?
Iman Gadzhi is originally from Russia, but grew up fairly affluent in London. He got so bored by the school system that he dropped out and found a business model using social media platforms to build his ad agency.

What Is GrowYourAgency All About?
Iman Gadzhi’s Six Figure SMMA seems to have morphed into GrowYourAgency…which appears to be an umbrella website for Agency Navigator and Agency Incubator.
Hey man – just pick a name and stick with it!
Whatever name he chooses next, he says his aim is to help you achieve financial freedom.
If you are not familiar with SMMA, it is a marketing agency that assists offline and online business to generate leads on social media by running marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram ads.
In other words, it’s like a typical ad agency that specializes in social media ads.
What Other Business Does Iman Gadzhi Have?
IAG Media is another business that Iman Gadzhi has. It claims to be “modern-day alchemy”.
They have generated their clients about $64M in revenue for their own agencies, per Gadzhi.
What Is Agency Incubator?
Agency Incubator, is a training course about starting your own ad agency. This online course claims to show you how to make ongoing cash by sending leads, traffic, and sales to businesses.
The entire course is over 20 hours, and is hosted on Teachable. You will find different sections and a few bonus lessons, and live coaching call replays. One negative review noted about the course is that there was not enough live examples shown.
Once you enroll in the course, you can access marketing funnels, and sales scripts, training, a private Facebook group, and live Q&A coaching calls twice a week.
It seems to help develop a fairly decent sales script for upstart businesses.
Agency Incubator Business Model Modules
The course is divided into seven weeks, with each week focusing on a different aspect of establishing a social media marketing agency.
Week 1: Foundation
The first week focuses on mindset and a brief review of the course. Iman Gadzhi discusses the course, paradigms, the business model, finding your niche, opening a bank account, and the tools you’ll be learning.
This week is a fast introduction with only roughly 4 hours of content.
Week 2: Mindset
This week broadens your perspective and pushes the “paradigm” even further. Iman Gadzhi discusses concentration, elimination, health, transcendence, and a “brain gym” in this video. This week’s content is about 5 hours long.
While part of what he says is helpful, I believe Iman should have covered this week’s content in week one. It seems pointless to devote an entire week to developing a mindset, especially if you’ve spent $283 in two weeks and learned basically nothing.
I’m not too fond of classes that spend weeks discussing motivating clichés rather than getting into the topic itself.
Week 3: Systems & Processes
Iman Gadzhi tells you how to structure your business this week. Pricing, clients, the boarding process, cash flow, accounting, and communication are all covered. This week’s lecture is a tad shorter, with only roughly 3 hours overall.
Week 4: Identifying Leads And Scheduling Meetings
It’s time to start attracting clients after your company is up and running. Iman Gadzhi begins by demonstrating how to obtain free leads from local businesses.
He discusses lead generation and qualification, internet business, lead organization, online leads, cold calling, and cold emailing. He also gives templates for LinkedIn outreach that you may use. This module contains approximately two hours of course content.
Week 5: Sales
Once you’ve identified your leads, it’s time to make moves to close on them. Iman Gadzhi tells you how to convert your leads into sales for your agency this week.
He shows you how to navigate the sales process, apply their sales scripts, overcome objections, and much more. This week’s total content time is less than two hours.
Week 6: Local Business Sales Delivery
Now that you’ve acquired your client, you must now achieve results. In this module, Iman Gadzhi shows how to keep your word. However, you will learn how to use Facebook ads too.
He talks about copywriting and social media in general, but Facebook ads are the only things he shows you. He covers various topics, including developing an audience, Facebook live, growing expenditures, and more.
This week has been really disappointing for me. As a social media marketing agency, you’re expected to apply various digital marketing techniques. Iman Gadzhi demonstrates only how to check out Facebook advertisements. This “week” lasts only three hours.
The mindset week lasts longer than the social media training. Iman Gadzhi falls far short of expectations for a premium course.
Week 7: Operational Supremacy
This week is another short one. Iman Gadzhi discusses staying on top, recruiting employees, and increasing profits, and it’s about one hour long. This is yet another week in which I have been dissatisfied.
Iman Gadzhi promises to educate you on how to scale your business. Week 7 was supposed to be the week where he explained everything.
However, nothing about scaling your agency is discussed here. Instead, he delivers broad advice and passes it off as a week’s worth of content.

Iman Gadzhi (SMMA Guru) Came On My Radar With His Tiktok Videos — Initially I Thought He Was A Cobra Tate Clone — Then Looking Into Some Of His Content, I Liked Him. I Thought He Had Some Decent Things To Say — BUT After Looking Further Into Him…
I think absolutely everyone should avoid supporting this guy and his products.
Why? He’s a pathological liar and has zero moral compass… a few examples:
- His back-story is not legit whatsoever. He said he had “a rough childhood” and an abusive father — you will notice though, he’s never specific about this one topic. That’s because as he admits on several podcasts, he grew up in the best neighborhood in London, went to one of THE most expensive schools… I can’t confirm but have seen comments saying he was driven to school in a Rolls Royce. Not to mention he grew up around an extremely successful step dad…Even if he decided not to like him or credit his step dad, he moved him out of Russia and into not just England, but THE best zip code in the country. And gave him things were a top 0.0001% advantage. And frankly coming from someone who actually had an abusive childhood, with LITERALLY nothing (low income country, violent parents) — he is extremely privileged.I think you can tell a lot about someone in terms of how much credit they give to other people vs take for themselves
- He claims his SMMA agency was massively successful, yet out of nowhere he completely shuts it down to “get to new levels of wealth” — after just months earlier claiming “he could sell it for a $10 million valuation”. You don’t just shut down an agency that’s profitable… you at minimum hand the clients off to a partner or co-founder or get acquired, even at a low 1-2x multiple. Anyone with basic biz knowledge would see call him out on this… but I don’t see anyone doing it.
- He teaches zero technical skills and DOES NOT EVEN KNOW how to run ads. He even admits to “hiring other people to do it” and says that “ads don’t work for his OWN course”… if he can’t get ads to work for his product, how can he for other people? reason being, he doesn’t actually know how to run ads, hence point #2, his agency was not legit and at best could not retain clients past 1 or 2 months, or even worse was completely fake.
- This point will maybe be unpopular and opinion based, but you can tell a lot about someone by their set of opinions. He’s set up shop in Dubai, which you can make your own judgments on as a place. But he has moved purely for tax reasons which I think says something about you as a person (aka putting money above everything). He also completely trashes America and the western world on podcasts, where guaranteed 90%+ of his customers are. And lastly he said on a recent podcast “He is a big fan of Putin” — now I will admit, I personally am Ukrainian so this one hurt me… as Putin is currently bombing our playground and my entire family are refugees or fighting in the war. Everyone is of course entitled to their own opinion but to say in such a brazen way you are a BIG FAN of Putin… again make your own judgments here about moral fiber.
- I could continue about how he was pumping crypto shit coins to his subscribers, specifically Luna, before claiming he “sold at the top”, when anyone who took his recommendations lost a ton of money, or released an NFT which he completely stopped caring about after launching it (rug pull term here is subjective)…Mainly I’ll just say this. I’m just bothered by how these sort of people are blowing up on YouTube, they can say anything to get clicks, fans, and shill to millions of people, and when they’re unethical, dishonest, or lose people tons of money… there’s no consequence. Society used to have consequences for this sort of stuff, Skin in the Game, eye for an eye and whatnot.
- EDIT just had to add one about his new “digital renaissance” video that just went viral on YouTube — 90% of the comments below the video are fake (the structure and content is similar / the same between all of them) — then entire thing is just him spouting off “globalism is evil” talking points and not backing any of it up with credible geopolitics or historical sources — and then his main thesis “complete control is coming, where you won’t have freedom of speech, they’ll throw you in jail if you say the wrong thing” sounds pretty bad, if there was actual evidence of it… but wait, that already exists in Russia, the place he supports. But all that aside and the worst part: whether he believes any of it or not, he’s just using it as a pitch to sell courses lmao, sleazy salesman doesn’t come close.
But alas, I guess this is the world we live in now… but I’m trying to do my part to fight back with this write up and hope more people will start calling this sort of stuff out.”
Well, that one was certainly an assertive opinion.

I also almost fell for his bullshit, but just had to view few videos where he “teach” where he had 1h video “teaching” where he just marketed his shitty product. Even that marketed stuff was totaly wack, I have had ecom business and did something simillar to agency in non marketing niche and what he says is just stupid. Like that’s not how businesses work in real life, maybe on paper.
Also any advice he gives is so snakeoily. You can compare it to real businessman advice like Alex Harmozi. Alex advice is applicable based on practice and realistic.

- Create Agency without any knowledge of creating agency or capital or people who know, oh you can just trick people into working for you for free and pay them when you client pays you.
- Make 10k first month
I have many friends who run agencies and it took them years to get enough clients to even make a profit, because most of revenue went into employees and marketing.
Also his bullshit persona, you can clearly hear see that he didn’t struggle with poverty, you can listen how Tates speak and how he speaks, Tates are fucking scared of being broke again, that only happens when you were broke half your life. Not Ihman, he just don’t care, yeah fucking right.

Is Iman Gadzhi A Scam?
So, is Iman Gadzhi a scam?
Not technically.
You can make money with this program, but it’s definitely not as easy as Six Figure SMMA makes it sound.
