My story starts like many do… “slaving away” at a 9-5 job that I didn’t really enjoy, but hey – it paid the bills.

I worked for a large Fortune 500 company that performed background checks for other companies when they wanted to hire a new employee… so you know, not exactly exciting stuff.

For a lot of people, a nice stable job and predictable check coming in every month is the picture of success, but for me, it felt like I was missing out on life.

Clocking in every single day, doing the same tasks over and over again, getting home with barely enough time to make dinner and enjoy some time to myself… only to wake up again the next morning and do it all over again.

I just wanted to enjoy life without being shackled to an unfilling job.

I wanted to be able to take vacations whenever I wanted, for however long I wanted.

I didn’t want to have to beg my boss for a salary increase that barely matched inflation.

I just wanted to be free and happy.

Then about 4 years ago (as a stroke of luck), I stumbled across a program that taught me how to make money online by actually helping real people (local US businesses).

Who Cares About That?

99% of reviewers out there don’t have experience running an actual business. They’re writing about stuff that they have no real experience with.

Why would they do that?

They just want you to click through and buy the program that the review is about!

I have absolutely no relationship with J Rich, so you can rest easy knowing that I’m going to give you my honest opinion.

This review is written based on my own experiences with this business model.

So, is the Real Estate Prescription worth it?

Well, one thing is for sure: Danielle comes with a lot of hands-on experience. She worked her way up from being a real estate agent to a team leader of a large brokerage, which means you will gain some valuable insights from her teachings.

But her claim of helping you make 500k in 66 days doesn’t really work for me. I mean, I’ve only got 65 days, so I might just have to settle for making 492k in that time. Or do I have to reach the 66-day mark to unlock the full benefit, like one of those “deal or no deal” types?

No, but putting the strange specific number aside, it does seem a bit unrealistic, doesn’t it? 

Especially given the fact that real estate operates in an unpredictable business model where success largely depends on market conditions such as interest rates, economic trends, and supply and demand. 

Now, her claim may just be a way to attract customers to give her program a click. I mean, she does have a strong sales background but that makes me question the authenticity of her promises and further creates doubts on the actual value her program may deliver.

I’m not saying Danielle had bad intentions when creating this program; I just think people should get true value for their hard-earned money, and it starts with ensuring that the claims made align with the actual benefits provided. 

Everyone deserves transparency and genuine value, without raising their hopes only to have them shattered.

And I’m going to level with you here. I can recommend a program where you can make a consistent source of income and the mentor is transparent about everything, so you don’t feel like you’re left in the dark or taken advantage of.

While it won’t promise the “alleged” $500k in 66 days like Real Estate Prescription claims, you can earn anywhere from $500 to $10,000 per month, with the potential to scale your earnings as high as you desire.

The Real Estate Prescription doesn’t clearly say what it does, but it aims to teach real estate agents “5 Simple Shifts Any Realtor Can Make For A Deal-A-Day Pipeline.” It’s kinda mysterious. 

Also, the person behind it, Danielle, uses different last names – she’s called Danielle Hayden on the Hayden Group website and Danielle Cassetta in older YouTube videos. 

This makes us wonder if this is related to personal matters or if there’s something she’s keeping secret about her programs. Either way it does seem a little off.

The Real Estate Prescription differs from these programs due to its claim of making $500k in 66 days, which is definitely a big promise that these other programs don’t offer.

What’s My Personal Opinion On The Real Estate Prescription Program?

Personal Opinion: Scam or legit

There are a few things you should consider before purchasing any program online:

  1. How much experience does the guru have?
  2. Is the program well-reviewed?
  3. Does the program provide high-quality information?
  4. Is there enough coaching time available?

Would I Recommend The Real Estate Prescription Program?

Based on the above criteria here’s what I don’t like about the Real Estate Prescription Program:

  • There aren’t reviews on trusted sites like BBB or Trustpilot making it difficult to assess the value it provides to its students.
  • The program is vague in what it offers, making you question the program’s worth and effectiveness.

I would not recommend this program because without online reviews, it’s challenging to determine if the program contains high-quality information. 

Also, Danielle and her program’s mystery raises more questions than answers. A program’s purpose should be to provide you with answers rather than make you question its legitimacy.

I don’t think Danielle Mapes is scamming you with her course but it depends on how you see it…

It isn’t easy finding success in real estate and you’re definitely not going to come in as a beginner and conquer the industry in a matter of a few weeks, not even a year!

It takes a considerable amount of time and effort to not only find the right properties but cut deals that don’t eat into your profit margins. 

Speaking of profit margins, were you aware that it’s usually around 15-20%? This might be lower than what you expected, right?

It’s a bitter pill to swallow, I know, but I’m not going to leave you hanging without an alternative solution!

How does a 90-95% profit margin sound to you?

If this captures your attention, I recommend checking out Digital Leasing.

All you have to do is take some spare time out of your day and create a single digital asset which can take you about 3 months or so to do.

So, is the Real Estate Prescription Program worth it?

I don’t think so.

I’m not saying it’s a scam as she may be going for an enigmatic approach to selling her program since there’s nothing transparent about it.

That’s a major red flag in my opinion and I am sure many, if not all will side with me on this one.

I recommend Digital Leasing for a more safe and reliable source of income that genuinely can get you the freedom and flexibility you long for.

Unlike Danielle Mapes, the mentor of this program provides you with answers to all your questions, instead of having you try to answer them yourself.
