Let’s start with Kris Krohn’s program. The focus of this program is on long-term buy and hold. Kris invests in multifamily residential properties, which is considered the safer option, but the problem with this course is that Kris has been found guilty of SEC breaches, having misled investors.

We also have Virtual Wholesaling, where you are taught how to close agreements remotely, making it a more flexible way to make deals. However, you are relying on ads to find your real estate opportunities, which end up being costly in the long run.

What’s My Personal Opinion On The Investor Creator Program?

There are a few questions you need to ask yourself before you purchase a program such as:

How much experience does the guru have?

Would I Recommend The Investor Creator Program?

Let’s start with the positives.

Brad Smotherman does have 11 years of experience as a real estate investor so you will be taught by someone who has been through the ups and downs of this business.
The training in this program is well detailed which gives you the platform to learn valuable information.

Now the negatives:

There isn’t any student feedback or reviews available on BBB or Trustpilot, which makes it hard to determine if the course is worth it or not.
There is a lot of time needed to find success in real estate and this program won’t cover everything you need to know.

I would not recommend this program as there aren’t enough student testimonials or reviews online to make a good judgment on what the program fully offers.

Is Investor Creator A Scam?

So, is Investor Creator a scam?

No, I don’t think so…

I like the idea of the real estate business model, but for earning passive income, this falls short.

I mean, you can make some money from this program under the mentorship of Brad Smotherman, but it isn’t as simple as it looks.

There is a large upfront investment thatcomes with real estate, and not only that but lots of time is needed to find the right deals.

Not to mention the low-profit margins of this business model…

There’s a lot of running around that comes with physical real estate which makes this a very stressful business to manage.

Now, I am not saying Investor Creator was created to scam anyone.

I just think there better options out therethat offer you more for your time and don’t require a large upfront investment.

And, the best part about this program is that the passive income you generate is steady!
