Bryson Blocker and Inayah McMillan are the team that runs Airbnb Breakdown Academy. After trying out various business ventures like e-commerce, then they discovered Airbnb arbitrage… and went stratospheric from there.
Hailing from St. Louis, Missouri, Bryson and Inayah are two college dropouts who have made the Airbnb platform basically into a personal ATM. Together, they earned $50k in profit in just their first year of trading, despite being under 20 years old!
Is There A Bryson Blocker And Inayah McMillan Airbnb Scam Going On Here?
Well Bryson and Inayah have done pretty well out of Airbnb. They have knowledge to share, and they’ve made a load of videos and bonuses to help you learn their methods, and they offer it all at a reasonable price.
You can also check out their free webinar before you jump in with the full course. Kind of like a try before you buy. That seems pretty above board to me.
Maybe they could be a bit more upfront about the fact they don’t offer any personal coaching or mentoring to aspiring entrepreneurs. They basically leave you to go it alone.
I did find some bad reviews online too. This one from a Trustpilot user basically said the course was badly organized, and that some content had been taken directly from other programs. I couldn’t verify this information, but it’s not great to hear.
The reviewer also said the program keeps changing it’s name, and sends a lot of spam emails.
Despite these “potential scam allegations,”… I’d say there’s no real scam here, but maybe the gurus should work on being a bit more transparent in the future.

Do I think this Airbnb course is going to make you rich?
Hmm… I’m not so sure it will.
Here’s what I need to see from courses like this…
- Great content and top-notch mentoring
- Incredible income potential
- Real freedom in your life
Is Airbnb Arbitrage A Good Call For You?
For most people, probably not. Here’s why…
- The gurus are two young entrepreneurs who made it happen on a tight budget. They’re great, but the lack of personalized coaching means you miss out on the good stuff.
- This is the problem with all Airbnb courses… there’s a big risk you won’t even break even on your lease.
- You might get real freedom from this program, but only if the profits are good… and I’m not sure they are!
So it’s a no from me.

Sorry to say it, but it’s a no from me.
Nothing against Bryson and Inayah, who seem cool. It’s just that rental arbitrage can be a real risk. If you’re guests dry up, you’re done, and it’ll be tricky to back out of your own long term lease.
