- You can relate to Chris on a personal level since he didn’t make it past college and became a parent at a young age, so there is relatability for most of us, along with the hope that we may follow in the same footsteps.
Here’s what I don’t like about the Charged Up University:
- Wholesaling requires building a team around you to manage the business, which includes many additional costs, making it unsuitable for those on a budget.
- The 1-on-1 coaching comes with upsells rather than being included in the package.
I would not recommend this one, as wholesaling has the lowest profit margins among all real estate strategies, making it difficult to generate a decent amount of profit in an already low-profit-margin business.
The 1-on-1 coaching comes with upsells, which means most of us will miss out on this opportunity due to tight budgets. After considering everything, it just doesn’t give me the confidence to make a purchase.
