Firstly, Why Am I Writing The Review?

Nice to meet you, my name is Brittney!

My story starts like many do… “slaving away” at a 9-5 job that I didn’t really enjoy, but hey – it paid the bills.

I worked for a large Fortune 500 company that performed background checks for other companies when they wanted to hire a new employee… so you know, not exactly exciting stuff.

For a lot of people, a nice stable job and predictable check coming in every month is the picture of success, but for me, it felt like I was missing out on life.

Clocking in every single day, doing the same tasks over and over again, getting home with barely enough time to make dinner and enjoy some time to myself… only to wake up again the next morning and do it all over again.

I just wanted to enjoy life without being shackled to an unfilling job.

I wanted to be able to take vacations whenever I wanted, for however long I wanted.

I didn’t want to have to beg my boss for a salary increase that barely matched inflation.

I just wanted to be free and happy.

Then about 4 years ago (as a stroke of luck), I stumbled across a program that taught me how to make money online by actually helping real people (local US businesses).

Who Cares About That?

99% of reviewers out there don’t have experience running an actual business. They’re writing about stuff that they have no real experience with.

Why would they do that?

They just want you to click through and buy the program that the review is about!

I have absolutely no relationship with J Rich, so you can rest easy knowing that I’m going to give you my honest opinion.

This review is written based on my own experiences with this business model.

All that being said, let’s jump into things.

What Is Digital Leasing?

Digital Leasing is the brainchild of Joshua T Osborne. He takes the old school concept of traditional real estate, adds in his own practical and professional knowledge, and introduces it into the digital world.

The concept revolves around building a digital asset and then renting it out to local businesses.

But exactly what type of asset?

It’s pretty straightforward – a website.

But hold up, it’s not just any old website.

Imagine a website so good at generating leads that it’s a game-changer for a specific small business. A website that’s the top result for all the local service search terms related to that business. A website that the small business owner can rely on, month after month, to keep their company growing.

That’s what you’d be creating with digital leasing.

But get this – you’ll be going toe-to-toe with the big guys in the lead generation business, like Home Advisor, Thumbtack, or Angie’s List. They’re already into their own kind of “digital leasing”.

Their sites are front and center on the first page for almost every local service search terms you could think of. That’s a big slice of the pie they’ve got, and with digital leasing, you’d be taking a bite out of that.

We’re talking roofing, plumbing, dentists, fence repair, tree service, remodeling, under water basket weaving…

Ok maybe not that last one.

But you get the point.

These big lead generation companies almost have a monopoly on the market.

But here’s the thing… they honestly kind of suck at it.

These corporate big-whigs could care less about their customers and are simply just there to collect the money. In fact, they don’t even work one-on-one with contractors, they send around the same lead to 5 other companies… and to make matters worse… sometimes resell old leads like what Angies List got caught in years ago.

With the way Josh teaches Digital Leasing, you’ll be able to actually make a difference in your local community, by helping local business owners, and start carving your own path towards financial freedom.

It’s a big Win for everybody.

1: The big guys take a hit.

2: Local businesses help out local customers.

3: You’re getting paid nicely.

We’ll talk more about what pay looks like later…

Who Is Joshua T Osborne?

Who Is Joshua T Osborne

It was an up-hill battle for Josh when he was growing up – the odds were stacked against him right from the start.

His childhood was tough, no two ways about it. Dad was out of the picture, his stepdad, a harsh man, was almost never there. His mom, always working, wasn’t home much either.

So, who took care of Josh’s younger siblings? Josh did.

Food started running low after some time, and things got really difficult. Josh ended up making decisions that he’d later regret, landing him a two-year stay in prison.

But it’s in the darkest places that we often find the most light. In jail, Josh spent a lot of time reflecting on his life. For the first time in ages, he found himself learning again, guided by a kind mentor who saw potential in him.

Once out of prison, Josh relocated to Colorado, where he started his own moving company. And it’s from this moving company that he got the idea for Digital Leasing.

Josh had a knack for digital marketing. So much so that he was flooded with moving jobs to the point he’d just sleep at the office.

But even though he was making good money, he knew something wasn’t right. It shouldn’t be so exhausting. It shouldn’t take away from family time.

So, what did he do?

Josh began passing on his extra jobs to a buddy’s moving company. And for every job they booked through his referral, Josh got a slice of the profit.

Then, it hit him – a completely fresh business model – Digital Leasing.

Josh figured if he could create a top-ranking website, capturing the lion’s share of leads in the process, he could do this anywhere, all over the state and then, the country.

And he was right.

Slowly but surely, Josh became more like a digital landlord, with “Digital Leasing” all across the country.

Fast forward a few years and Josh now runs a thriving Digital Leasing empire. He’s got plenty of family time, and now, he helps others achieve the same thing. It’s the ultimate underdog success story.

How Does The Digital Leasing Model Work?

How Does The Digital Leasing Model Work

I’m betting that you’ve got quite a few questions, so let’s unpack how things work.

First, you need to build a website that can generate leads.

So, the first thing you should do is go over to snapps.ai and create an account.

This system is pretty sweet… It’s got all the functionality of a platform like WordPress, but with all the drag-and-drop ease of site builders like Weebly and Wix.

This website builder has a local marketing vault full of site templates in place for you to grab and go based off the most successful conversion oriented designs.

In fact, Snapps comes loaded with site templates that are ready to go with designs that have successful track records for high conversions.

At this point, all you have to do is a little bit of SEO and your site will be ranking in the #1 spot in no time.

I’m sure your heads probably swimming at this point, so let me break it down a little bit better here.

1: Pick a niche

Pick a niche

These are the niches that I mentioned a little bit ago… like Plumbing, Roofing, Tree Service.

2: Figure out the population size

Figure Out Population Size

The type of cities that you want to shoot for are the one’s with a population ranging from 50k-300k. Do this from the beginning will help you get the balling rolling faster.

3: Determine the demand for the service

This one is a bit more common sense than anything else. The idea is to look for services that are needed in your general area. For example, you probably wouldn’t look for snow removal in Southern California or West Texas… It’s pretty sunny all year around.

It would make more sense to look for niches like Tree Service in areas like Mobile, Alabama where their trees get hit by storms quite often.

4: Build out the site

Build Out The Site

We kinda went over this earlier, but it’s really pretty basic stuff. You’ll want to go to a Domain site like GoDaddy.com to see what website names (preferably a .com) are available. Next, you’ll buy it for around $10, then connect it to your site template and hit publish.

5: Do some SEO

Now understanding this part can either make or break your website. Just about any business can have a website. But not every business can be on the first page. What makes the big difference is SEO (Search Engine Optimization).

What is SEO?

SEO is basically building a website according to Google’s preferences. The more Google likes your site, the higher your site ranks.

Fortunately, Google has repeatedly shared the things they want, and these are exactly what Josh teaches his students: Content, Backlinks, and Citations.

Content is pretty straightforward. It refers to the words on your website itself. But, you have to write your content in a specific way according to what Google wants.

Backlinks are simpler than you might think. Basically, a backlink is when another website includes a link to your website. For example, sharing a YouTube video on Facebook creates a backlink to YouTube.

Citations refer to the name, address, and phone number of your site. Getting these is incredibly easy and and make a huge impact your ranking.

By doing all these steps correctly, you can the #1 spot on the first page, which in turn will get you loads of traffic.

6: Find a business owner to pass the work off to

Think of the last time you went to Costco or Sam’s Club and saw someone handing free samples of a frozen pizza or energy drink out to customers. You probably thought to yourself, “Meh, it’s free, why not”. And if it was tasty, you decided to buy it, right?

This is a very passive sales approach.

So, you do the same with your leads. You give a few leads (free samples) to a local business owner and if they like them (eg, they make money), then they pay you to keep them leads coming.

7: Repeat with a bunch of different digital properties

Repeat with a bunch of different digital properties

Then it’s just a matter of repeating the process and building out more websites.

This is Digital Leasing in a nutshell, and the roadmap to owning your own lead generation business.

Digital Leasing Reviews by Consumers

Frank had this to say:

“I’ve been in almost 3 months. I’ve made money with the program / made my investment back plus some more. Reason for the 4 stars is that the community is on Facebook platform in a private group. I hate Facebook so I don’t like having to go there for the community & coaching.”

Followed by Truthtalk who said:

Josh and Danelle are amazing people, they put their hearts into this program and have impacted thousands of people by guiding them with the digital leasing method. I myself have been in the program for over 2 years and even though it took me 3 months to make my money back I’ve now made 20 times my investment. It wasn’t easy but he’s honest about that upfront it takes time to learn anything new. Overall a great experience for me and my husband.

And lastly Wrenn said:

“Bought this program in July and have already started to land new clients. This program takes work but if you follow the systems that they layout you will be successful. Not a get-rich-quick course like others I have taken, Josh and his team are coaching us every day of the week. Highly recommend!”

Ok, now that we’ve heard what some people have had to say, you’re probably wondering if Digital Leasing is a scam…

Is Digital Leasing A Scam?

Is Digital Leasing a scam

Absolutely not! Josh has taken the lead generation model and put it on steroids.

He innovates on every part of the business model and makes it so accessible that pretty much anyone can succeed where they couldn’t with other online courses.

And he walks the walk.

You see most local marketing course creators are out there JUST selling the programs and nothing else.

They’re not out there with you on your daily grind, helping you run your marketing agency.

But, what if you had someone show you, step-by-step, how to build your first digital asset, and bring in a $500 to $2,000 payment that came in every single month?

And what if you could get started today and have your first payment in a week?

And what if you could double it next week?

Well, that’s the power of Digital Leasing.

You can legitimately do this from anywhere. It’s a true lifestyle business.

Your laptop and an internet connection is all you need.

Some of the most successful students in this program run their entire 6-figure businesses from:

  • A camper in the middle of the woods
  • A beach chair on the water in Mexico
  • A small villa in Greece

They’re able to travel around, living their lives first, and focusing on their income second.

Because even if they stop working for an extended period of time, the money keeps coming in.

So adventure, memories, and experience are the top priority.

And they never have to worry about how to pay for the next trip, or consider asking for time off.

How Much Does Digital Leasing Cost?

How much does digital leasing cost.webp

You probably won’t anything about the cost of Digital Leasing mentioned anywhere online. Just keep in mind that starting a business isn’t free. And it would be a good idea to have $500, at very least, on hand to get you started.

Also, getting a Local Marketing Agency up and running isn’t cheep, so you should have 3-6 months of overhead costs lined up.

With that said, if you can’t swing that, then this business model might not be a good fit for you just yet.

Digital Leasing Review Conclusion

Digital Leasing Review Conclusion

The Digital Leasing Method has the potential to mold a new generation of bad ass marketers who can achieve their dreams of financial independence. This online business system can generate colid outcomes, thanks to its foundation—Google.

Look, no matter what online business you choose to start, you’re likely to face a series of challenges.

If you try to operate your own Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) store, there’s a constant risk of being shut down by Amazon due to their frequently changing rules.

If you try to run ads on any social media platform like Facebook, Instagram, or even Google, there’s a chance of being suspended for violating even a minor new rule that they suddenly decide to put in place.

If you try to operate your own dropshipping store, there’s a risk of spending thousands of dollars every month to outdo the boatload of competitors selling identical products.

However, with Digital Leasing, you won’t have to stress over constant rule changes that could collapse your business overnight, or about Google Ads suspending your successful campaigns, or competing with millions for a limited range of products.

Surely, there’s no such thing as a flawless business. But a business that is affordable to start, has few rules, and limited competition comes pretty close.

And that’s why Digital Leasing is a good option.
