TLDR – Is Brian Brewer the Man to Kickstart Your Affiliate Marketing Business?

Welcome to the condensed version of my Affiliate Escape Plan review. This is where I quickly sum up the Brian Brewer program to help you make your decision.

So what’s Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0. all about?

Well, Affiliate Escape Plan focuses on the affiliate program industry. This basically means you’re partnering with existing companies who are selling products and services.

You use a range of different methods to send traffic their way – free traffic from SEO and blogs, or paid traffic from YouTube ads or Facebook retargeting ads. If these users click through to the ecommerce page via your link, and they make a purchase, then you get paid a commission – typically a few percent of the full purchase value.

This is a tried and teated model. It made Brian Brewer rich, and he sure makes it sound like a good call in his Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0. course material and on his Youtube channel.

But is Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0. really the right option for you in 2024?

No… I don’t think it is.

First of all, let me be clear… it’s not because of the course. Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0. is a well-structured, well-research program put together by a real ace in this business. Learning affiliate marketing from Brian Brewer is like learning tennis from Serena Williams… you’ll be in awe of what this guy has achieved.

But this doesn’t mean his students are going to achieve the same thing. Look at those guys you see out there playing tennis in the park every Saturday morning. They’ve spent years honing their craft, working on their footwork and building awesome fitness. They are good at tennis… really good.

With Serena on your side, you’ll be good too. You’ll start serving aces and playing cross court backhand drop shots like they’re going out of style. You’ll probably even be better than those hot-shot amateurs out there in the park.

You’ll need to be more than good to make it as an affiliate these days…

But does this mean you’re going to win the US Open? Does this mean you’re going to get that Nike sponsorship deal? Does this mean you’re going to make even a dime out of playing tennis? Probably not.

When you sign up with Brian Brewer, you’re going to get good at affiliate marketing. You might even be better than 85% of the affiliate marketers out there. But you’re still going to be just one face in the crowd, battling your rivals for tiny commissions while trying to push your conversion rate by a couple of hundredths of a percent.

Unless you’ve practically lived on the court since you were eight years old, tennis is not going to be a career path… it’s just a really cool hobby.

Unless you’ve been building your affiliate brand since day one, affiliate marketing is not a route to solid, sustainable income. It’s also not even that much fun as a hobby.

Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0. is a really good route into the affiliate model… I’m just not sure this is somewhere you really want to be in 2024.

So what’s the alternative?

I actually tend to point aspiring entrepreneurs towards something altogether different… something like Digital Leasing.

• You’re in awe of what Brian Brewer has achieved – Brian Brewer has been super successful in the affiliate space. If you’re inspired by the guru, you might want to give it a try.
• You’re ready to put the hours in – You’ll need to be really committed to this model if you want to make Affiliate Escape Plan work for you, as it’s a lot of work to make affiliate marketing a success.

Who It’s NOT For…

You probably won’t get anything from the AEP affiliate training courses, if…

• You don’t really want to commit to a full-time job – Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0. doesn’t really feel like ‘an escape plan’. If you don’t want to switch out one 9-to-5 for another full time commitment, it might not work for you.
• You’re worried about the state of affiliate marketing – The Brian Brewer course shows you how to get into the world of affiliate marketing. If you’re put off by the low profit margins, poor conversion rates, and over saturation of the market, this might not be for you…
• You want something more stable – Affiliate profits aren’t very stable these days. The market is too crowded, and affiliates aren’t really solving problems for their partners anymore. Those looking for reliable income should probably head elsewhere.

The clue is kinda in the title here… Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0 is all about running affiliate marketing campaigns.

So what does this mean? Well, you use a mixture of organic copy, paid ads, and wizardry across social media platforms, to generate traffic for your partner.

When this traffic converts – i.e. when they buy a product or a service from your partner – you get paid a commission. The idea is to get enough of that commission to turn your project into a successful online business.

Sounds pretty straightforward right? It can be. People have made good money from affiliate business plans, and Brian talks a good game about the potential here.

But before you go rushing off to sign up for the Brian Brewer course, here are a few things you need to know about the affiliate marketing business model in 2024…

One: You’ll need to generate a load of really high quality traffic…

The average conversion rate for affiliate marketing is around 0.5%. Let’s put that into perspective… for every thousand people you send to your affiliate partner, you’re might get five sales.

And that’s just the average. You might end up with even fewer.

Conversion optimization can push these rates a bit, but you’re still looking at 98%/99% of your traffic leaving without buying anything.

Two: Even your conversions might not be worth much…

Ok, so let’s say you boost those conversion rates. Your affiliate link is smokin’ now, and you’re driving good sales for your partner. What’s your end?

It depends what you’re selling. Affiliate commission rates can be as low as 5%, or as high as 30% for big ticket sales.

So let’s crunch those numbers a bit more. Let’s say your partner’s selling software at $29.99 a pop, and gives you a 7% commission. You’re getting like $2.10 a sale. So you need five sales to break ten bucks.

You manage a 1% conversion rate. So to hit $10… you’d need to send 500 people to your partner’s website.

Three: The good deals are hard to find…

So why don’t you just ditch the 7% commission and go for something closer to 30%? You can, and Brian explains how to do this on his course. Trouble is, it’s not so easy.

To get a good commission rate you need to find a great niche, and you need to find a partner with great products. Yeah… you and everyone else. If you’re just joining the affiliate game in 2024, chances are best niches and products have already been snapped up by the old school affiliate marketer maestros.

And even if you find this sweet spot, you’ve still got to find converting leads. Let me ask you this: Which are you more likely to impulse buy… the $25 tee or the $7,000 necklace? That’s right, generating high ticket conversions is hard.

How Much Does Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0 Cost?

Let’s get down to brass tacks here… how much does the Affiliate Escape Plan cost?

There have been a few changes to the pricing structure in recent years. The latest I can find is $997 for an upfront payment.

You can also pay $149 a month over ten months. Of course, this means you pay almost 500 bucks more overall. There’s a strict no refund policy on this, so don’t be expecting a money back guarantee.

This is quite an increase from what it used to be… which was about $250 all in. But, when you think about how much work has gone into the course, how many updates there are, and how much more content you’ll get now, I think we can let Brian off with a bit of a price hike.

There’s also the free content! You can access the 90 Minute Affiliate Challenge free of charge, and you don’t even need to sign up for the full course once you’re done.

Of course, Brian Brewer hopes you will. You do get some good information on running affiliate marketing campaigns on the free course, but remember it’s supposed to be a lead magnet, so you’ll sign up for the full shebang.

Nothing’s ever really free, is it…

How is Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0 Different?

There are loads of training programs out there, many of them targeting the affiliate marketing business. So how do Brian Brewer and his course stand apart from the crowd?

Well, I’d definitely say the Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0 course is a world away from something like Devon Brown’s Easiest System Ever. Devon offers ‘done for you’ channels, which are more hands-off, but don’t really teach you much about the business.

Maybe the Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0 is a little closer to affiliate marketing courses like John Crestani’s Super Affiliate System 3.0., at least in terms of the general model. Although Brian’s course is more comprehensive than John’s, and the reviews tend to be much better.

Brian Brewer has been doing pret-ty darn well for himself in affiliate marketing for a few years now. In fact, he’s hit seven figures from this business model, which shows you what’s possible in this industry.

It was back in 2016 that Brian started out as a full time affiliate, although in a comment on one of his YouTube videos he says he’s been working in the business since 2012.

His Shopify affiliate work knocked out more than $200,000, while his work with Legendary Marketer saw him generate $400,000 in sales. He’d been working a day job as a waiter only a few years previously, so this must have seemed like a dream. It seems promoting Legendary Marketer was really working for him.

Lots of awards to his name…

He’s a multi-award winner in this space. He won the Dream Car award from ClickFunnels, after bringing in over 100 active ClickFunnels users with a monthly spend of at least $97. This is the kind of thing you want to be doing with your own affiliate business, so it’s good to learn from someone who’s been there, done it, and bought the t-shirt.

The Legendary Marketer win saw him gain Platinum Affiliate status four times over, while generating $1,000,000 for a single funnel for ClickFunnels put him in the prestigious “Two Comma Club”. Impressive numbers indeed.

All-in-all, I’d say Brian’s resume is pretty glittering. He’s got all the credentials to make him a real authority in affiliate marketing. I suppose if you want to learn this business model, he’s the man to teach you.

Is Brian Brewer Legit?

I know this is the question on everyone’s lips, and I don’t blame you. With so many scams circulating online, you need to know if Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0 is the real deal, and if Brian Brewer offers legit training.

From what I’ve seen, I’m inclined to say yes on both counts. I don’t think there’s scam going on here. As we’ve seen, Brian Brewer is a regular Lebron James when it comes to affiliate marketing… everything he touches turns to gold.

But does that mean everything you touch will turn to gold? This is where I’m not quite so sure.

Brian claims you can still make huge amounts of money from marketing affiliate products and converting leads – in fact, his whole online business course is based on this.

Is he right? Well there a few affiliate marketer testimonials that say he is, but I’m a bit wary of these. I’m sure lots of these reviews are legit, but as Brian focuses on promoting Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0. as part of his program, we need to take this with a pinch of salt.

On the other hand, there aren’t too many bad reviews out there either. Whenever I research a blog like this one, there’s always a ton of people yelling “scam” or “ripoff”… but I didn’t find many Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0 review examples like this.

Because of this, I’d say there’s no scam here. I think Brian Brewer knows his stuff, and he teaches it well. He’s also keeping his audience online happy, so he must be doing something right. It’s legit, but I would still recommend researching the affiliate program model carefully before you dive on in.

My Personal Opinion – Is Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0. the Right Play?

This is the part of the the Affiliate Escape Plan review where I get personal… where I give my own opinion on the program.

So where do I stand on Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0.? Will it make you a successful affiliate marketer like Brian Brewer?

I’ve got to say… I just don’t think it will.

Before we get into why this is, here’s what I want to see from a program like this one…

1. Incredible coaching and materials – It takes more than great knowledge… it takes a great teacher to really optimize your online marketing capabilities.
2. Real pathways to big returns – You’re here for making money online, so you need to be getting big returns from the program.
3. The freedom to get out there and live life right – It’s about working to live, not living to work. I want to see courses that give real life freedom to students.

Will Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0. Push Your Affiliate Marketing Campaign to the Stars?

I’m sorry to say it, but I can’t recommend this one.

Here’s why I think this…

1. The affiliate program mentoring and course materials are solid, but… – This is a big win for Brian Brewer I think. He’s updating Affiliate Escape Plan all the time, and all the essential elements are there in the core training. The bonuses push those all-important business components even further.
2. … it just can’t save a business model like this one – What Brian teaches worked for him seven years ago, but the industry has changed, and affiliate marketing isn’t the best business model anymore. In the making money online game, affiliate campaigns are falling behind.
3. An affiliate marketing course feels like switching one grind for another – Average conversion and commission rates are so poor these days that many affiliate marketers are working ’round the clock for not much at all. It’s supposed to be an Affiliate Escape Plan, but I don’t know where you’ll be ‘escaping’ too.

So there you have it. Brian Brewer is doing real well, and his affiliate marketing course is one of the best out there. But Affiliate Marketing Escape Plan 2.0. is a now from me, just because the model Brian focuses on feels so tired.

You want something where you can get in on the ground floor… not something already packed with online users taking up all the good niche market options. Something that I’m finding really fresh and exciting at the moment is the local lead generation model.

This is where the guys at Digital Leasing have been changing the lives of students around the country.

A good business will always fill a gap. It will be the solution to a specific problem. This is where I think the affiliate model struggles. There’s no real gap, no problem to solve – there’s just a legion of affiliates all pumping traffic to the same ecommerce sites.

Local lead generation models – like Digital Leasing – are very, very different. They are actually making a difference in their neighborhood, and carving out a real niche for themselves.

You’re working with business in your local community who really need a solid stream of customers if they are to survive. Take your neighborhood towing service for example…

• This is a small business doing a great service people in your area. But people don’t tend to have towing operators on speed dial. They don’t need them until they need them… and when they need them, they really need them. Without local lead generation, they might not be able to connect with the customers they need.
• This is pretty different to an e-commerce store selling Legendary Marketer. There are Facebook ads and free traffic content pieces all over the internet promoting Legendary Marketer. As an affiliate, you’re not fulfilling a need – you’re just hoping the leads follow your link and not one of the hundreds of others out there.

When you set up your digital rental property, you’re targeting one of these niches. This might be towing services, or it might be something different – like after hours plumbing, emergency dentistry, something like that.

You’re basically making yourself the go-to source for high quality leads in this industry and in this area. As these leads are urgent, they are super easy to convert. You’re setting ’em up for your local business partner to knock ’em down. And because this service is so valuable – i.e. you’re solving a real problem for local businesses – they’ll pay you good money.

So how does Digital Leasing stack up across my big three must-haves?

1. Incredible coaching and materials

Yep, we can definitely check this box. The guys at Digital Leasing are some of the best coaches out there doing it at the moment. They will help you and your fellow students through the whole process as you get set-up, and start building your local lead generation business.

2. Real pathways to big returns

There’s no uncertainty with Digital Leasing. There’s just a proven problem/solution dynamic, just like the one we’ve looked at above. Remember, clients are only going to pay you if you make them money.

When you’re just one of the affiliate crowd, you aren’t so valuable.

When you’re the regional go-to for super-hot leads, you certainly are!

3. The freedom to get out there and live life right

This is a huge one for me! With the Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0. program, it seems like you’ll be working long hours chasing small profits, and even automated conversations and other features won’t make this much easier.

Digital Leasing can offer real freedom. Running this business take a few minutes and few clicks out of your day, leaving you with a ton of free time you can spend on more important things than work!

My Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0 Review – The Conclusion

Thanks for sticking this one out with me. I know there’s been a lot to take in on this Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0 review, but I wanted to go deep with this one and show you what it’s all about.

So let’s get it wrapped up. Do I think Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0. is a win for anyone looking to follow in the footsteps of Brian Brewer and become a successful affiliate marketer?

I think it could be. Brian Brewer certainly knows his stuff, and this is one of the better affiliate marketing courses out there.

But does this make it life changing for most people? No… I don’t think so. Maybe a few years ago, but the glory days of Legendary Marketer affiliates and other affiliate company partnerships are long gone.

It’s just so hard to get ahead in the affiliate marketer game these days, and I don’t recommend this route. Even though the Affiliate Escape Plan 2.0. core training is really solid, you might get halfway through and have a change of heart… without the money back guarantee, this is a costly mistake.
