Firstly, Why Am I Writing This Review?

Nice to meet you, my name is Brittney!

My story starts  like many do… “slaving away” at a 9-5 job that I didn’t really enjoy, but hey – it paid the bills.

I worked for a large Fortune 500 company that performed background checks for other companies when they wanted to hire a new employee… so you know, not exactly exciting stuff.

For a lot of people, a nice stable job and predictable check coming in every month is the picture of success, but for me, it felt like I was missing out on life.

Clocking in every single day, doing the same tasks over and over again, getting home with barely enough time to make dinner and enjoy some time to myself… only to wake up again the next morning and do it all over again.

I just wanted to enjoy life without being shackled to an unfilling job.

I wanted to be able to take vacations whenever I wanted, for however long I wanted.

I didn’t want to have to beg my boss for a salary increase that barely matched inflation.

I just wanted to be free and happy.

Then about 4 years ago (as a stroke of luck), I stumbled across a program that taught me how to make money online by actually helping real people (local US businesses).

my concrete site

The image above shows an example. This mini website brings me in around $1,250 every single month, and I haven’t touched it in over 2 years.

That’s $15,000 per year in my pocket without having to really do anything.

Just helping small mom-and-pop shops keep their lights on and grow.

So it makes sense why local lead generation is my top online business for passive income. If you’re curious how that business model works, you can read more here.

NOTE: I DO NOT WORK WITH Lucas Lee Tyson - Productized Profits

Who Cares About That?

99% of reviewers out there don’t have experience running an actual business. They’re writing about stuff that they have no real experience with.

Why would they do that?

They just want you to click through and buy the  program that the review is about!

I have absolutely no relationship with Lucas Lee Tyson – Productized Profits, so you can rest easy knowing that I’m going to give you my honest opinion.

This review is written based on my own experiences with this business model.

All that being said, let’s jump into things.

Productized profits

Productized Profits is a lead generation program. And frankly, this is probably one of the better business models out there.

However, Lucas Lee Tyson isn’t our #1 choice here. Joshua T. Osborne’s Digital Real Estate program is.

There’s a right way and a wrong way to do things in lead generation.

The wrong way involves chasing clients, and using either outdated templates or poor-performing Facebook ads to get cheap leads that never buy or even answer the phone.

This creates a ton of client turnover, forces you to do a lot of selling, as well as experimenting with different types of ads and campaigns.

It’s a very active business model, and is more of a self-created job.

However, the right way to do lead generation  involves building assets that YOU own and control.

Assets that attract high-quality, ready-to-buy customers to YOU, that you can then flip to the client for a fee.

The lead generation program ScamRisk recommends shows you how to do this in a way that creates passive monthly income, instead of forcing you to work round the clock to keep things going.

This program shows you how to create an income stream that brings in consistent revenues every single month (from a couple thousand dollars to well over $10,000)?

An income stream you could actually build in your spare time, and grow as large or as small as you want to, without having to spend hours a day chasing, selling, or managing anything.

Lucas Lee Tyson: Introduction

You’ve probably seen this guy in YouTube ads.

In fact, you may have found it annoying and decided to look up this character…

So I’ve done ALL the research on what YOU want to know about him.

Now, I’ll be honest, so…

What Is The Growth Cave?

Growth Cave helps businesses develop online through paid advertising consultancy and training.

I enjoy that there’s no membership form to fill out, as with other online businesses.

First, email or call.

This is admirable and helps detect non-serious people.

Growth Cave has six modules. These modules teach the essentials and acquire students’ clients.

Photos, templates, landing pages, and funnels are accessible.

Whether you’re new or experienced, you won’t feel overwhelmed.

Lucas says Productized Profits is a 6-week course that teaches how to create a 6-figure goods business and to land your first client in 30 days.

Lucas says students come from “dozens of industries and specialties.”

They have landscaping, gym, real estate, and horse dental expertise.

This program is versatile.

Who Is Lucas Lee-Tyson?

Many 9-to-5 workers dream of being financially independent.

Growth Cave CEO Lucas Lee Tyson knows this.

Growth Cave was founded in June 2018 to assist businesses in expanding online through individual consultations and an online learning center.

Lucas was a 9-to-5 marketing intern like most people.

His company was paid $20,000 per month to handle an ad campaign and $240,000 per year to manage social media and commercial campaigns.

Lucas could execute a dozen small jobs at a reduced cost by himself.

He quit pursuing his dream. He had $10, credit card debt, and student loans.

His debt and tax liabilities drained his mental health. Therefore he needed a plan.

Lucas studied Business Analytics and Entrepreneurship at Boston’s Bobson College and wanted to quit his job.

Nothing worked.

He’s built various online side enterprises, including an affiliate blog that made more than $85,000 in Amazon affiliate program earnings. After two months, he closed since he couldn’t sell.

Lucas has worked with multimillion-dollar tech and eCommerce organizations.

Lucas promoted himself on Upwork as a PPC specialist.

Six weeks after landing client after client, Lucas Lee Tyson abandoned his internship to focus on his digital marketing business.

Lucas developed the proper skills, applied them to his “Agency” company model, and hired additional employees.

His staff grew and evolved his agency. He teaches digital advertising strategies and frameworks to entrepreneurs. He discussed what he learned from $7.6 million in client advertising.

Growth Cave is helping startups reach $1 million in revenue by 2021. This can be done by presenting them with practical, achievable frameworks.

Growth marketing and paid advertising are Lucas’s specialties.

Who Is Growth Cave For?

Lucas recognized that anyone in a similar situation could follow his route to financial independence.

He developed the Master Course Productized Profits to further his vision.

His target audience, or “ordinary person,” is divided into four categories:

  • “Trapped workers: “People who work from 9 to 5 are tired of their repetitive employment.
  • “Kindapreneur:” People who like the idea of self-employment and entrepreneurship but cannot find a means to make it happen.
  • “Troubled agency proprietor:” People that manage their own social media marketing agency (SMMA) but aren’t seeing the desired outcomes.
  • “Aware Students:” Individuals who do not believe in or cannot afford a traditional college education.

Growth Cave Training Course & Pricing

Price: $1,497

Three alternatives cost $600.

  • ClientBolt software helps you identify niche clientele.
  • Find leads using cold emails, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Productized Business Mastermind Community has a Private Facebook group.
  • Lucas tutors via Facebook and bimonthly calls. This will aid your stay.

Module 1: Foundations

In the first module, Lucas covers the mental part of entrepreneurship.

Lucas’s “Uniform of Failure” class explains why his students fail. All the courses he reviews follow his advice.

  • His students don’t join Facebook for live Q&A.
  • Don’t try half-heartedly! Enroll now.
  • You can’t skip lessons.
  • Do your best.
  • Not a “get rich quick” scheme.
  • Avoid “shiny object syndrome.”
  • Discuss with Lucas and coursemates.
  • Humility, egoless, and learning are essential.

This is a solid thought.

Module 2: Creating Your Own Niche

This is my favorite curriculum since it solves a common marketing problem creatively.

Lucas’ primary thesis is that overpricing is terrible.

Lucas identifies online marketing worries.

He discusses digital marketing, lead generation, and internet ads. These services are mostly spam.

Lucas Lee Tyson decided to build his business as a large commercial marketing agency.

He sells niche-specific products instead of services.

People want a successful system. Lucas explains how to effectively communicate with clients using the 1-1-1 Principle.

This Principle teaches choosing a profitable niche.

It discusses the main qualities of a strong niche and why building a solid foundation is essential.

Module 3: Automated Customer Attraction Machine

Module 3 shows how to automate client contact information collection.

This part eliminates the Clickfunnels landing page, where users enter data. It’s more straightforward.

Lucas utilizes several strategies to schedule client strategy calls:

  • Cold email
  • LinkedIn messaging
  • Contacting using organic Facebook

Using Lucas’ templates, you send hundreds of emails, Facebook messages, and LinkedIn contacts weekly to obtain a new client.

Reducing consumers should take 30 minutes every day and three email inboxes. You can do 6/9 meetings, eliminate qualified leads, and find a customer in a week.

Schedule calls with a calendar. This will send you to an app where prospects can answer questions about your business before calling.

Many of Lucas’ students like it. Because the technology is new, he can track each pupil and suggest how to answer questions or what adverts to employ.

Module 4: Sales Science And Customer Conversion

This is the course’s worst part.

They fear sales, mainly if they’ve never sold before.

Lucas explains this well.

Two Closure. People enjoy reflecting on investment, he discovered. Two calls strengthen client relationships.

He gives potential clients a deadline to decide. This improves call quality.

Sample calls for review and learning boost this strategy’s efficacy.

Lucas offered models and samples he used to develop his successful online business.

He provides success-boosting tactics and techniques.

This module will educate you that customers need you more than you need them.

Groups can help you improve your speech and script.

This module is thorough. If you read it and take notes, you’ll develop the entrepreneurial mindset and career Lucas Lee Tyson promotes.

Module 5: Delivering The Autopilot Service

Anyone with basic marketing skills will have no trouble following this module.

However, this section of the training was not something I had anticipated.

Now that I think about it, I’m glad I did.

Look at the programs and resources you rely on for client retention, management, and growth.

After the sale, he also assisted customers with onboarding.

Building and maintaining contact with customers is crucial to maintaining a good rapport with customers.

The remaining part of the module is more hands-on. It demonstrates how to use Zapier and Loom to automate some of these processes.

It looks at managing your business manager and handling lead forms in Google Sheets via SMS.

Module 6: Systems And Scalability

Your marketing business should be valued above $10,000 monthly, but you may be tempted to grow to six figures.

Here comes Lucas’s instruction on the scale, thankfully.

Lucas believes it’s time to delegate elements of his business and minimize expenditures after realizing that time is more important than money.

Make time to grow.

Lucas requires you to identify the automation’s keys to use them.

  • Hire someone to determine how much time sales and advertising take up.
  • Process/Zapier. Once hiring begins, St automates and saves time.
  • Mindset helps you remember what software and employees can do for your business.
  • Lucas then discusses teamwork.
  • This is the best way to downsize, but it’s complicated.
  • An automated team can save time.
  • Lucas Lee Tyson has a list of contractors who have previously worked for him and are willing to do so again.
  • It’s okay to outsource tough jobs.
  • Too much detail-focus will stagnate your business.

Lucas’s method emphasizes mentality. The first few sales and growing your business to seven figures require a growth mindset.

First, improve your standards if you’re working too much and not making enough.

More Pros And Cons:

  • Lucas is open about Growth Cave.
  • Local marketing is a genuine business if you’re experienced.
  • It’s foolproof. Role models will guide you even if you’ve never done digital marketing.
  • Lucas plays a massive part in the Facebook group’s family-like atmosphere, despite its tiny size.
  • Through the forms, biweekly Q&A, and email inquiry service, you feel like your problems are important and part of something more than just a marketing group.

  • Expensive.
  • In 2020, cold emails and LinkedIn messages were archaic. Need better approaches.
  • What you want doesn’t matter. You must close the agreement by phone. Some aren’t game.
  • Facebook advertising is unpredictable. All-in is risky.

Is Lucas Lee Tyson A Scam?

So, is Lucas Lee Tyson a scam? Not technically. It’s a perfectly respectable lead generation program.

It’s just not our #1 choice.

Because Digital Real Estate has taken the lead generation model and put it on steroids. It innovates on every part of the business model and makes it so accessible that pretty much anyone can succeed at it.

What if you could put in a couple hours a day (in your spare time) to build a single digital asset, and your reward was a $500 to $2,000 payment that came in every single month?

And what if you could get started today and have your first payment in a week?

And what if you could double it next week?

Well, that’s the power of Digital Real Estate

You can legitimately do this from anywhere. It’s a true lifestyle business.

Your laptop and an internet connection is all you need.

Some of the most successful students in this program run their entire 6-figure businesses from:

  • A camper in the middle of the woods
  • A beach chair on the water in Mexico
  • A small villa in Greece

They’re able to travel around, living their lives first, and focusing on their income second.

Because even if they stop working for an extended period of time, the money keeps coming in.

So adventure, memories, and experience are the top priority.

And they never have to worry about how to pay for the next trip, or consider asking for time off.

Are There Alternatives To Lead Generation Business?

Yes, there are plenty of other business models to choose from if you want to pursue making money online.  Here are just a few:

What Is My Top Recommendation In Making Money Online In 2022?

Digital Real Estate

Our review  team has spent months researching, reviewing, and vetting dozens of business models and thousands of programs.

While there may be no “perfect business”, the research IS conclusive:

Digital Real Estate is the #1 online business model for those just starting out.

Whether you’ve never made a dollar online, or you’ve been in this space for a while but never really “made it,” Digital Real Estate is for you.

1) It’s Flexible: got an hour a day? You can do this. Ready to drop everything else and dive in full time? You can do this. Yes, the more time you put in, the faster you see results. But even with a little time each day, you can move the needle in a Digital Real Estate business.

And because this system is so flexible, you don’t have to constantly be working to make more money. It’s called PASSIVE INCOME because if you stop working, the money doesn’t.

Imagine taking 3 months off to just tour around Europe, rent a cabin in the woods to write a book, hike the Appalachian Trail, or live on the beach and surf all day.

This is only possible if you have an income stream that’s not tied to your time.

2) You Own & Control EVERYTHING: Unlike other lead generation models, Digital Real Estate gives you full ownership over every single asset, which means you have all the power and all the control.

3) Little To No Startup Costs: It’s possible to get into Digital Real Estate with zero dollars upfront. Because, using the strategies outlined in this program, you can get a client to pay you BEFORE spending a penny out of your own pocket…even before you do any work.

Even without getting paid in advance, you can have your first Digital Rental Property up, running, and generating profits for less than $100.

4) Easy To Duplicate: Ok, here’s the best part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up and running, you can literally DOUBLE your income with a few clicks, a couple keystrokes, and a single phone call (and you don’t actually need the phone call).

Remember: each Digital Rental Property is worth $500 to $2,000 a month in semi-passive income (over 95% profit). Every time you decide to create another one and increase your income, it gets easier.

Because you have more knowledge, more experience, more results, and more momentum.

5) Make Money Helping Real People: This part is what makes it all worth it. With Digital Real Estate, you’re actually helping people by solving your clients’ biggest problem:

Small, local businesses need more customers, and with Digital Real Estate, you are unleashing a flood of happy, paying customers for these businesses.

You make money by helping them make money.

Not a big, faceless corporation either…a small business owner who’s using that money to put food on the table for their family, start a college fund for their kids, or take care of a sick parent.

Once you see how Digital Real Estate makes a real impact in the lives of real people, you’ll sleep like a baby with a big smile on your face.

Now, the choice is yours.

You could continue browsing, looking at opportunities like local marketing course which could one day make you money.

You could continue researching, never making a decision.

OR, you could take a look inside, consider what you really want, and join a program that makes your dreams a reality. At the same time, joining a community of over 2,000 successful students that are living life on their own terms thanks to Digital Real Estate.

A consistent, reliable, semi-passive stream of income that doesn’t depend on you or your time to keep producing profits.

All while genuinely helping real people who are grateful and happy to pay for it.
