Kannaway was founded by Christopher Hussye and Jeff Rogers on 2004. It is a multi level marketing.
The company sells high-quality CBD oil and other products. Or maybe not?
We’ll talk about that later.
I’m saying this because the company is already almost 16 years old from being founded in 2004.
Typically, MLM companies fail due to debt and lack of proper marketing within five years.
Standing out is not easy in this industry since there are over 2,500 companies that are also selling CBD oil.
The MLM niche gets more competitive everyday because new companies sells the same products.
Thus, making marketers of this MLM company make unique crafted products for their future buyers.
This is why hemp was used. I know, you’re might be thinking that hemp in CBD oil is pointless, right? However, hemp are also used in manufacturing clothes, shirts, fuel, and wax.
The problem is: Hemp is also being used in cannabis.
Cannabis is also used as a drug, and it gives people a high feeling after smoking it.
Let me be clear; cannabis has THC that gives a high feeling.
Hemp contains CBD, but not THC.
CBD stands for cannabidiol, whereas THC stands for Tetrahydrocannabinol
It is important to understand the difference between CBD and THC. One of the major differences is their side effects.
CBD won’t get you high unlike THC.

I came across some complaints about these products on BBB and other platforms during my google search.
There are mixed reviews about Kannaway. Some people say its good and some say otherwise.
However, I cannot give an opinion since I haven’t used them personally.

If you don’t want to go into detail of these products, I recommend you to skip the compensation plan part.
Kannaway Value Pack
This is the company’s primary product. This one also comes with a lifestyle bonus that is part of their compensation plan.
We’ll talk about that later.
The Kannaway value pack is best for those who want to test the quality of their products and spend their money with them.
This pack comes in different range of products and prices.
To start, you will have to buy a starter pack which cost $249.
This price is not bad, in my opinion.
Their starter packs offers a wide selection of choices for their members, which I find helpful.
Below is the list of their starter packs in many varieties.

- Executive starter pack at $699.
- Fast starter senior executive starter at $999.

The prices increases as the product quantities increases. Again, I don’t have any idea how good these products are.

There are three types of products in the Revive products line.
Fist is, Revive AM. Second ism Revive PM, and third is Revive Pro.
Revive AM has herbal bi bong that claims to be a immune system booster and mood enhancer.
Revive PM is an herbal blend that has bi bong herbal blend, lecithin, CBD, and Vitamin D3.
Revive AM is best used before bedtime.
Revive Pro completes this product line. This product contains a 1000 ml of CBD, as well as both Revive AM and PM.

Cannabis are mostly used by people for their skin because of its anti-inflammatory properties.
Cannabis Beauty Defined offers serums and cleanser and other variety of products.

This is Kannaways skin care bundle.
This cost $88 and are only for the skin.
The said price tag is for preferred customers, which I find pricey.
You can expect this to be more expensive if bought in retail price.
Besides as mentioned earlier, Kannaway offers a wide range of products. But, since I’m keeping this review short you can learn more about their products by visiting their website. Now, moving on other aspects of this MLM business.
Is Kannaway A Pyramid Scheme?
Typically, people immediately associate multilevel marketing with pyramid schemes once they hear it.
This is because recruiting people under you makes up most of your commissions.
But let me tell you a good thing.
Kannaway sells physical products unlike other MLM companies.
Therefore, this is not a pyramid scheme since there are products that brand ambassadors can market that they can earn commission from.
Anyhow, they also encourage their affiliates to do the same thing and recruit people under you.
As a result, most people make a real effort to recruit people under them.
Besides, they have a limited product range, and their products do not sell like hotcakes in the highly competitive health and wellness industry.
How Much To Join Kannaway?
You can join Kannaway for only $55. This comes with bonuses, which I believe is very generous, in my opinion.
Plexus is another MLM company that offers the same opportunities but charges people thousands of dollars. But, Kannaway isn’t like that.
Sticking with Kannaway will only cost you $55 a year.

Moreover, you pay the same whether you are a double crown ambassador elite or a new brand ambassador.

Here, you have two choices.
You need to do two things to make money with Kannaway.
To start, you need to pay the annual fee.
Then you must maintain a PSV (personal volume).
You must recruit partners under you to be able to maintain and grow this PSV.

Recruiting partners under you will not earn you a commission; rather, they will give you you when they sell.

Kanaway products are eligible for a 30% commission if sold within 30 days to your partners.
Fast Start 3000 And 9000 Bonus
This bonus is available if you buy the Kannaway Value Pack in the firs 30 days. Moreover, you will need to recruit three people under you who will do the same.
In other words, you have to convince them to purchase the Kannaway Value Pack.
Lifestyle Bonus
Only those with the rank of area director or higher are eligible for this position.
If you maintain this ranking for at least one month, you will be eligible for the bonus in the third month.
Can You Really Make Money With Kannaway?

But…
There’s a lot that comes along with Network Marketing (MLM) that many people struggle with.

You can certainly make money with Kannaway, but if you’re gonna put in the amount of grueling work to do this business (which, trust me, isn’t easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money while you’re learning the ropes.

Even though the company has a low success rate, there are some positive points that should be mentioned.
A+ Rating On BBB
The company received an A+ rating from BBB.
Their products are also approved by FCSA.
There are few complaints about the company although it has existed for almost 16 years.
Some users complained about this and that, but for the most part, they were satisfied.
Most of the customers say that their products are helpful in many ways.
One more benefit is that they offer a large variety of products.
This gives the distributors more choices to offer in their sales pitch.
Compared to the majority of the multilevel marketing companies I’ve reviewed so far, the products appear to be quite unique.

Ripped Many People Additional Money
There are lots of reviews from people charged additional money through their credit cards.
Expensive Enrollment Fees
When you renew your membership with them, you’ll be charged for their membership fees again, which I think is a little too much.
It may not seem like much, but keep in mind that you won’t get anything back for your investment.
It’s simply allowing you to sell their products.
Banned In Some States
As I mentioned earlier. Some states don’t allow the use of hemp or cannabis.
But I could not find any stats about the states that ban CBD.
Nevertheless, be sure to check your state’s laws if you are planning to join Kannaway.
Expensive Products
In general, products sold by MLM companies are much more expensive than those in the same niche that does not have an MLM label.
The same goes for Kannaway.
The products offered by Kanaway are also way too expensive.
Kannaway products tend to be quantity oriented rather than quality.
What makes them so expensive?
The Starter Value Pack costs around $300. They occasionally offer discounts to preferred customers.
Each Kannaway salve starter pack usually comes with a bottle of full spectrum supplements.
You will also get a copy of Kannaway prosper magazine.
Still, the price is $300, which is a lot of money in my opinion.
Is Kannaway A Scam?
So, is Kannaway a scam?
Not technically. You can make money with this program, but it’s definitely not as easy as the company makes it sound.
There’s a ton of work to be done upfront, no real guarantee of success, and – most importantly – the actual commissions are pretty small.
Now, there’s nothing wrong with front-loading the work and making the money later.
But if you’re grinding it out for 3 months and then your reward is a $50 commission, it’s not really worth it.
