It’s meant to teach you how to become a “6-figure network marketer,” yet most members don’t make any money promoting other people’s products.

You’ve just entered a whole new world…the world of making money on your own terms.
However, you came in through the wrong door.
Because Empowr is – plain and simple – an MLM. Throw whatever fancy name you want on it…multi-level marketing (MLM), network marketing company (NWMC), direct sales, or anything else, it’s the same concept:

Empowr does not make or sell any of their own products.
Empowr, like Facebook, is a social media site.
They claim to be the first democratic social platform that combines some features of Facebook, Etsy, Ebay and Tumblr.
Facebook doesn’t actually sell anything.
Businesses in your community will offer products and services that you can share and earn a percentage of the sale, or users may earn money just by posting and sharing.
As a member, you choose your community and pick from the products, services, and blog content that they provide.
How Empowr Works?
It is simple to join Empowr. And after you become a member, you are referred to as a citizen.
As a citizen or member, you will be able to earn money in a variety of ways and through various activities.
Perform Simple Tasks
Simple tasks on social networking platforms include publishing images and videos, writing a blog post, and sharing music and articles. Making new friends is also a good way to start. Empowr claims that if you’re familiar with social media, you’ll be able to start making money right away.
Marketing
Empowr pays companies to promote their products, similar to how many people market their products on Facebook. The difference here is that the company pays Empowr members for posting and sharing an ad.
These will be available in the marketplace.
Teach Others
You will be compensated for showing how to use their website. So, if you have the ability to learn quickly, you may become a “success coach.” As a success coach, you will give advice and answer questions. This is an excellent way to increase your income while also educating others.
Got Programming Skills
You will earn more money on Empowr if you have programming skills. Aren’t businesses need help in order to grow?

To start, you must first create an account. This account is free to start, but make sure to read the fine print carefully since hidden fees may apply depending on how you use the site.

How Much Does It Cost To Become A Member Of Empowr?
You may join for free, but you won’t be able to earn anything unless you provide them your bank account details.
This can be sketchy when you don’t know anything about the Empowr team.
How Do You Supposedly Earn Money?
Empowr’s concept is enticing. Posting on social media makes you money.
And you earn money when someone views your content or buys your products or services.
So, in reality, you’ll be earning money even while you sleep.
Who doesn’t want it, right?
You’ll even get a daily email with your earnings for the day.
Awesome!!!
But…..
Isn’t it true that there is always a but?
They don’t inform you about the advertising costs, but they quickly deduct them.
For whatever reason, there isn’t much information on how it works.
Your power level determines that amount.

- They deduct platform fees from your PayPal account without your knowledge.
Is Empowr a Scam or Legit?
So, is Empowr a scam?
Not technically. You can make money with this program, but it’s definitely not as easy as the company makes it sound.
There’s a ton of work to be done upfront, no real guarantee of success, and – most importantly – the actual commissions are pretty small.
Now, there’s nothing wrong with front-loading the work and making the money later.
But if you’re grinding it out for 3 months and then your reward is a $50 commission, it’s not really worth it.
What if, instead, you could do that same 3 months of work (in your spare time), and your reward was a $500 to $2,000 payment that came in every single month?

Pros And Cons Of Empowr:
There is always good and bad in everything, so let’s have a look at Empowr and weigh the advantages and disadvantages of using this platform to make money.
Here’s what we’ve found:
Pros
A post will earn you money for a 24-hour period. As a result, the more people you interact with, the more money you can make. That’s great!
And there are no posting limitations.
So you can boost your earnings by posting as much as you like.
But you don’t want to do that since it would make you appear like a scammer. You like to add value to your post so that people will interact with it.
So far, that’s all we have for the pros; the company is still in beta launch.
Cons
Payouts Take Too Long
For the following 60 to 90 days, you will be unable to access any of the money in your Empowr account. That’s a long time to wait for your cash outs.
Also, some of your income may just disappear if you haven’t used them. This has been one of the most common complaints about Empowr.
Time Consuming
You have to do a lot of tasks on Empowr in order to make money.
A confusing payment gateway.
So you’ll see a total earnings section on your account, but you won’t be able to access it all. There are several hidden fees and charges that will greatly decrease that amount.
Empowr Has a Shady Past
Empowr was not always Empowr. They were SMS.ac and FanBox, which were both similar to Empowr. They appear to have had their fair share of problems, as seen by the fact that they changed their names. There are lots of complaints and warnings for both of them. So they gave the same company a new name.
Testimonials That May Not Be Real
There are video testimonials from Fiver and stock photos that you can fine. Which begs the question: are they using real testimonials from their community members, or are they all made up?
No Help From The “Success Coaches”
Don’t expect to get an answer to your question about task or income. The success coach appears to know nothing more than you do. They are almost certainly as confused by the system as you are. So if it’s confusing for you, it’ll be confusing for them.
No Help From Administrative Support
Don’t expect help from the people who run the site, either. According to the users, it is impossible to find someone who understands what they are doing to answer your questions.
My Final Verdict For Empowr:
Now comes the most important part of our Empowr review.
There are several red flags that point to Empowr being a scam site; however, we do not feel that Empowr is necessarily a scam.
I believe that the company is trying to develop something that may or may not be feasible.
As of now, they have far more disadvantages than advantages.
Even if you didn’t have to wait 90 days for your money to be paid out. You’d still have to do a lot of tasks to make money.
Whether or not it costs you anything to join Empowr, if you look at your time as money, you’re likely to think this is a waste of your “hard-earned” money.
You won’t have time for anything else since you’ll be too busy posting ads.
We need balance in our lives, and Empowr will not provide that.
As a result, Empowr is not something I recommend.
