Anton Kralys Review: Worth It?

Welcome to my Anton Kraly's Dropship Lifestyle Review. My goal is to help you understand what the program is all about, how much it costs, if it's a good use of your time, your money, and much more! It should be less than 10 minutes start to finish, so let's dive in!

Disclaimer:

This Anton Kraly's Dropship Lifestyle review has been thoroughly researched with information and testimonials that are available to anyone in the public. Any conclusions drawn by myself are opinions.

The Good Stuff

  • Kraly has achieved some quality success
  • Possible to make money with dropshipping

The Bad Stuff

  • Dropshipping is a dying industry
  • Much stronger alternatives exist
  • Customers say there is a lack of value

Firstly, Why Am I Writing The Review?

Nice to meet you, my name is Brittney!

My story starts like many do… “slaving away” at a 9-5 job that I didn’t really enjoy, but hey – it paid the bills.

I worked for a large Fortune 500 company that performed background checks for other companies when they wanted to hire a new employee… so you know, not exactly exciting stuff.

For a lot of people, a nice stable job and predictable check coming in every month is the picture of success, but for me, it felt like I was missing out on life.

Clocking in every single day, doing the same tasks over and over again, getting home with barely enough time to make dinner and enjoy some time to myself… only to wake up again the next morning and do it all over again.

I just wanted to enjoy life without being shackled to an unfilling job.

I wanted to be able to take vacations whenever I wanted, for however long I wanted.

I didn’t want to have to beg my boss for a salary increase that barely matched inflation.

I just wanted to be free and happy.

Then about 4 years ago (as a stroke of luck), I stumbled across a program that taught me how to make money online by actually helping real people (local US businesses).

Who Cares About That?

99% of reviewers out there don’t have experience running an actual business. They’re writing about stuff that they have no real experience with.

Why would they do that?

They just want you to click through and buy the program that the review is about!

I have absolutely no relationship with J Rich, so you can rest easy knowing that I’m going to give you my honest opinion.

This review is written based on my own experiences with this business model.

All that being said, let’s jump into things.

Dropship Lifestyle isn’t too different from most dropshipping courses.

Sure, their marketing makes some great promise you haven’t heard from the other dropshipping gurus, but at the end of the day, no magic bullet overcomes the massive pitfalls of this business model.

Let’s get something clear:

There is NOTHING passive about dropshipping, no matter how well most course creators sell the dream.

If you want that travel-the-world-making-money-while-you-sleep-laptop-lifestyle, dropshipping isn’t for you.

beach-laptop-7

To run a successful dropshipping business, you need to be constantly on the lookout for new products.

Scouring the internet for hot trends and trying to find the next fidget spinner will take hours out of your day.

Not to mention, it’s not enough to just have the hot new product…

You also need to get the customers.

That means ads…

Lots and lots of ads…

Testing, tweaking, targeting, spending thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars before breaking even.

Not to mention, Facebook hates dropshipping, meaning one of your top traffic sources could shut you down at any time.

All of this leads to a very stressful life, not a lot of money, and a lot of time wasted.

Time that could be better spent so you can actually live the life you want.

Now, what if there was a way you could build a passive income stream that’s actually passive?

An income stream that doesn’t require:

  • Physical Products
  • Low Margins
  • Long Wait Times
  • Angry Customers
  • Thousands of dollars testing different ad campaigns

An income stream that brings in consistent revenues every single month (from a couple thousand dollars to well over $10,000)?

An income stream you could actually build in your spare time, and grow as large or as small as you want to, without having to spend hours a day running ads, researching products, and trying not to get banned by whatever platforms you’re using?

If that sounds like something you’d be interested in, check out Digital Leasing.

This is nothing like dropshipping, and that’s probably a good thing.

However, if you’d still like to know more about Dropship Lifestyle, keep reading.

Overview

Drop Ship Lifestyle is a program run by Anton Kraly, and he promises that his wisdom will get your dropshipping store to that next level, even with the drop ship business on the decline as a whole.

But what’s really inside his program? And how much does this all cost, anyway?

Let’s dive in and find out.

What Is Dropship Lifestyle?

In 2013, Anton Kraly created this dropshipping course as a way to teach other a step-by-step blueprint to create and expand a profitable eCommerce business within the dropshipping business model.  The Drop Ship Lifestyle has been purchased by students all over the world.

The course lays out:

  • Shopify website creation
  • Building a relationship with suppliers
  • Conducting foreign business
  • Ultimately selling your store.

According to Kraly, this isn’t like other course out there that leave you high and dry after you purchase it.  No, the DSL course is a one-on-one blueprint with a coach that has successfully created a dropshipping empire starting with one eCommerce store after another.  He accomplished this with a clear, concise and duplicatable process.

The Drop Ship Lifestyle course has kind of exploded from the simple drop ship course that was developed in 2013, into a behemoth today with a life of its own.  When you purchase this course, you will have access to the drop ship lifestyle community, lifestyle gatherings, and resort retreats all over the world such as:

  • Kona, Hawaii
  • Playa Del Carmen, Mexico
  • Bali, Indonesia
  • Chiang Mai
  • Krabi, Thailand

What Exactly Is Dropshipping?

In a nutshell, Dropshipping is when you create an online store to sell products without the need of keeping inventory.

So, rather than taking orders online, fulfilling them, and having them shipped out, all you are responsible for is sending the supplier your order and they do all the heavy lifting.  All you do is pay a relatively small fee for the service and you keep the profit.

However, you’ll need to get your hands on the DSLs supplier approval scripts in case you plan on becoming an “Authorized Retailer” for high ticket brands.

Who Is Anton Kraly?

Now think of this… you’re 32 years old and you’ve created a business that affords you the luxury of working and traveling anywhere in the world that you want.

Apparently, that was the story for Anton Kraly!

In 2006, when Anton was graduated from college, he bought a delivery truck for $25,000 so that he could sell cookies in a small Long Island, NY community.

“Basically, I would drive the Brooklyn Queens Expressway through Brooklyn each morning, load up a truck I bought, and go to these large grocery stores and sell my products.”

– Anton Kraly

Then, shortly afterward, he read a book by Tim Ferris came out called “The Four Hour Workweek“.  At this point, Anton took a second look at his business model and decided to find a better way to make money.

So, he created an online store, NYcookieshop.com, that cost him around $30/mo so that he could start selling his cookies online instead of driving them around town.

It wasn’t long after that his budding business started making more money than his delivery route.  In fact, he and his business partner we able to run it while they traveled the world.

Then they realized that they could skyrocket their business by selling higher ticket products instead of just selling cookies.  So they scoured eBay to see what they could find.

It wasn’t long afterward that they began selling furniture and home appliances that they purchased from China.  Of course, since it was just he and his partner, they did a lot of outsourcing.

Their business hit a milestone 3 years later when they made $1.2 Million.  They decided to sell it a year later when it hit $1.8 Million.

Ironically, they did all this without any staff… which is becoming more and more common among drop shippers these days.

In fact, the number of $1 million businesses with no staff have grown from nearly 34k to just over 38k from 2014 to 2015… this is a 5% growth rate.

The government refers to these entities as “nonemployer” organizations since they’re run by only one self-employed person.

In addition, a lot of them are topping $2.5 million in annual revenue.

One day, Kraly came across another profitable business plan while he was searching ecommerce forums online.

Everyday people would pepper him for advice on his posts and in his private inbox.  More often than not, they would all ask for the same advice.

So what did Anton Kraly do?

He took all that advice that he was giving out for free and then, in 2012, he and his business partner put it all in a website called the Dropship Lifestyle dropshipping course.  Within 3 years of selling online courses and holding live conferences, that business reached $1 Million.

Soon after, they had to hire a staff to keep up with the demands that their now $3.5 Million business was generating.  Drop Ship Lifestyle was finally on the map.

Shortly after moving their business to Austin, TX, they hired two former contractors as full-time employees, and their staff has since grown into double-digits.

Lately, Kraly’s attention has been drawn to software creation.

What’s Inside Drop Ship Lifestyle?

Overview

Anton covers all the dropshipping fundamentals in this module by creating the foundation for the success of your business, such as:

  • Expectation and Mindset
  • The essentials for online business
  • Scaling your dropshipping business for the future

Of course, this will be old news for seasoned dropshippers, but crucial for beginners.

Module 1: Niche Selection

This is the most critical part of the process.  Laying the groundwork for your business success by picking the right niche is paramount.  Neglecting this by choosing the wrong niche, or a niche that is too competitive or saturated can be detrimental to your business and set you up for failure for months and even years to come.

In the Dropship Lifestyle course, Anton steps you through his methods for picking the right niche.  He also shows you why a passion-based store may not be the right choice, why targeting is so important, and branding, etc.

After you’ve nailed down all the fundamentals, it’s time to choose a product.

The devil is in the details, such as…

  • You’ll want to stand out from your competition and still be profitable
  • Observing product dimensions
  • Profit Potential

Finally, Anton hold a Q&A and answer your questions, offers some tips and tricks, and what makes a good niche and a bad niche.

Module 2: Market Research

So in the first module, we put together a draft of potential niches, next we need to zero in on one.

We want to cover all of our bases here… so the course goes into detail about market research, focusing on product price point, product demand and whether or not your pick is a great big nothingburger.

We want to make sure that the niche we pick is tailored for dropshipping and that the product itself is “evergreen”, meaning that it sells steadily month to month.

Of course, this is a bit to take in… but it’s necessary.

The next thing you want to do, after you’re decided on the niche you’re going after, is to make a list of your competition.  You’ll use this for ideas and techniques for better conversion, and determining what you need to do to improve your dropshipping.

This is a lot more in depth than module 1, but I still feel that the modules could be ordered a bit better. It seems to me like module 1 is about picking a niche and module 2 is about… picking a niche.

Basically, these first two modules are two sides of the same coin.  Picking a niche, then picking a product for that niche.

It might seem a bit redundant, but I can’t express enough how these first two modules are critical to the futures of your dropshipping business.

Module 3: Creating Your Website

OK, now that you have your niche picked out… next you need to set up your website.

I know that doing your due diligence trying to find a niche can be boring, but it really pays off emotionally when you can see your drop ship store  come into focus.

Shopify is a favorite within the dropshipping community and Anton goes into detail in DSL on how to set up your dropshipping stores with Shopify.

On the other hand, you could use programs like WooCommerce or Cartflows when creating your website if you would like to have more control over it.

Of course, the module will step you through how to set up your online store with Shopify.  But all main procedures are basically the same. If you want to use a program like WooCommerce, you’ll just need to figure out all the extra bells and whistles on your own.

First, Anton teaches about how to pick a strong domain name and then he goes over all the nitty-gritty details of building your site.

You can watch Anton in tutorial videos while he shows you what to do.  Just pay attention to what he says and you’re good to go.

Here’s a list of some of the things you’ll learn:

  • Creating action sequences
  • Customizing themes
  • Discount Codes

There is one peculiar thing about Drop Ship Lifestyle and it’s that Anton doesn’t promote using Facebook Ads when getting people to your site.

You’ll see that DSL advocates using tools like Google Adwords, Search Console, Analytics, etc.

Anton is a huge proponent of Google Adwords for promoting your dropshipping business since it’s the big fish in the pond.

At this point, your next task is to target your audience and get suppliers.

Module 4: Getting Suppliers

So, now we’re going to look into getting a supplier.  Now, we want to make a distinction here and that is that you don’t want someone to make the products and ship them to you for you to store in your garage.  You want dropshipping suppliers that will keep the inventory and doing the shipping for you.

Your job should just be to advertise your website.

I know that a lot of us are a little timid when it comes to making phone calls.

But don’t worry.

In DSL, Anton has exhaustive phone scripts that you can use when contacting your suppliers.  Basically, you’ll call them and then send them a follow up email.  However, it’s still just as effective if you just want to send an email.

Along with the call scripts, you’ll also get a list of objections that suppliers might throw at you so that you can be prepared ahead of time.

Now, you just need to settle on a supplier.  In DSL, they go over the good, bad, and ugly aspects of suppliers and how you should rank them.  Of course, one thing to take note of is that you should have back up suppliers on hand just in case one backs out.

TIP: Have more than a couple suppliers on hand is how the dropshipping community mitigates risk.

After deciding on your suppliers and being approved by them, the next thing you’ll want to do is creating a strong rapport with them and DSL has a video that covers this.  This isn’t going to be something that you become an expert at right away, but in the future, it will do wonders for you site.

The key to negotiating facets of your business, like being an exclusive provider of a product and getting special pricing, is building warm relationships.  And Anton shows you how he does it.

Module 5: Optimize For Conversions

I have to say, this module is a little perplexing at the beginning.  When you look at the content, it seems as though this should be combined with the module about building your website.  But no big deal.

What you’ll learn are ways to get people to your website.  Thing like:

  • Creating urgency
  • Getting real product reviews
  • Creating an account on social media

Using the following advanced techniques will help with your website’s conversions:

  • Offering bonuses
  • Making use of empty carts
  • Making sure site navigation is on par for your visitors

With all that said, you really don’t want to spend a whole lot of time making your site look “just right”.  Anton makes the point that the design of your site is important, it’s an aspect that doesn’t really affect your conversions  one way or another.

Anton also shows you how to use heatmaps and specific software so that you can see how your visitors are getting around your site, what they’re clicking on, and how much time they spend on your site.

Module 6: Getting Traffic

Now, Anton doesn’t teach conventional thought here, which is to get lots of traffic to your site to make lots of sales.  He teaches the approach of getting the right traffic with visitors who are ready to buy.

This is what you’ll learn here.  Get the right type of buyers on the front end.

The funny thing is that most Facebook users aren’t usually in a buying frame of mind with their credit cards by their sides.  Anton makes it a point that visitors from Google usually will.  He shows you how to legally spy on Google and get traffic with high buyer intent so that you can make sure you’re making money on the first day.

Only after you are making money with Google Ads should you delve into use Facebook Ads.  Anton shows you how to set up retargeting campaigns that gives you the power to keep showing the same ad or series of ads to a visitor who left your site and didn’t buy anything.  This is basically Anon’s strategy, get the majority of traffic and sales from Google, the do the clean up with Facebook.

To close out the module, Anton touches on the aspect of email marketing.  Now it’s not a detailed email marketing course, but you will get the basic premise of staying in contact with your visitors.

Module 7: Automation

Now if you’ve followed Anton’s advice up until this point, you should have a store built and be making money.  You can either choose to keep doing what you’re doing, which is fine… or you can opt for automation.  This give you the opportunity to look into new businesses and freeing up your time.

I appreciate that Anton makes a little disclosure at the beginning of this section:

“Many internet marketing courses on the market now will throw out buzzwords like ‘financial freedom’ or ‘lifestyle design’. They might not be bad things, but everyone needs to know that recurring revenue and building your lifestyle is done with hard work.”

Anton stresses in Dropship Lifestyle that sets them apart from other courses which is that if you’re going to try to automate your business, you need to be making money first.

So, after you’re making money, Anton will lead you by the hand through the process of automation items, such as:

  • Abandoned cart orders
  • Google Sheets
  • Analytics and tracking
  • Distributing content

He also provides you with the paperwork you’ll use when you’re hiring contractors.

Anton gives you a list of his personal favorites (FreeUp.net, Upwork) when it comes to outsourcing your projects to experienced individuals.  He ends this module with a few automation protocols that should be in place before pulling the trigger.

Dropship Lifestyle Bonuses

Dropship Lifestyle also includes several bonus lessons. These won’t be necessary for everyone, but these bonuses each function more as a standalone module. For example, in the Goal Setting & Mindset bonus, you’ll get these lessons:

You’ll also find a multitude of bonuses in Dropship Lifestyle.  Of course these may not be for everyone, especially beginners, but I’m sure a few of items below will pique your curiosity:

  • Conducting business in other countries
  • Eason money
  • Being the right mindset
  • Shopify video course
  • Social media ads
  • Google ads
  • Dropship Lifestyle retreat’s videos
  • Deciding to sell your online store

What Does The Internet Have To Say About Dropship Lifestyle?

what does the internet have to say

Anton has lots of positive reviews on Trustpilot, however what makes me skeptical about their legitimacy is short, generic, positive ones like the following:

Great program, very in depth and detailed information. They also created my website, it looks beautiful and professional.”

On the other hand, Trustpilot’s longer reviews are more like this one:

Nothing personal, unique, or lucrative (for you) about it

Luckily I didn’t waste too much time watching the ‘live’ webinar. I only caught onto things when I accidentally exited out of the browser and reopened the tab expecting the course to be still continuing. When I went back into the course it started all over again proving that it is all prerecorded with fake attendees and fake ‘live’ feedback with the voting system.

That was a red flag for me so done more research and it didn’t take long before I found out that it was a scam. The lifestyle being portrayed is due to the income from the selling of the course, which is dropped on you at the end of the webinar, not the income supposedly made from dropshipping.

Portraying millions and millions of dollars of revenue can look very appealing but what are the margins, expenses incurred, and net profit. Those of are numbers that tell the true story and how success is measured.”

What’s even more strange is the contrast between Trustpilot and BBB reviews…

Hmmm, so Trust Pilot has 300 reviews, but the BBB doesn’t have a single one?

Seems a little fishy to me.

Let’s look at one of these complaints:

I ordered a business from this company and it said you can get refund within 30 days I asked for a refund because I couldnt read the information because Im visually impaired so I requested my money back and all I get every time I called them is a voicemail, then left about 30 voicemails, and they have not returned my phones and I think they are fraud business. So no one will return my phone call and return my money to me. I have taken almost $4000 of my money.”

Interesting…again, the positive reviews are fairly short and the negative reviews are longer and more in-depth.

Is Dropship Lifestyle Legit Or A Scam?

Scam or Legit GGMoney

So, is Dropship Lifestyle a scam?

Not technically. You can make money with this program, but it’s definitely not as easy as Anton Kraly makes it sound.

There’s a ton of work to be done upfront, no real guarantee of success, and – most importantly – you need to do a ton of volume to make any real money.

Now, there’s nothing wrong with front-loading the work and making the money later.

But if you’re grinding it out for 3 months, $3-5k in the hole on ads (because that whole “get started with $5 a day” thing is total BS) and then your reward is 15% profit on a $12 product (which comes out to $1.80), it’s not really worth it.

What if, instead, you could do that same 3 months of work (in your spare time), and your reward was a $500 to $2,000 payment that came in every single month?

And what if you actually didn’t need to wait 3 months? What if you could get started today and have your first payment in a week?

And what if you could double it next week?

Well, that’s the power of Digital Leasing

And, unlike dropshipping, you can legitimately do this from anywhere. It’s a true lifestyle business.

Your laptop and an internet connection is all you need.

Some of the most successful students in this program run their entire 6-figure businesses from:

  • A camper in the middle of the woods
  • A beach chair on the water in Mexico
  • A small villa in Greece

They’re able to travel around, living their lives first, and focusing on their income second.

Because even if they stop working for an extended period of time, the money keeps coming in.

So adventure, memories, and experience are the top priority.

And they never have to worry about how to pay for the next trip, or consider asking for time off.

If this sounds more like the type of life you want to lead, just click here to find out more about Digital Leasing.

How Much Does Dropship Lifestyle Cost?

The Drop ship Lifestyle cost will set you back about $4k for the premium course, and about $10,500 for the ultimate package.  Also, within the ultimate package you’ll get a ticket to the Drop ship Lifestyle Retreat and a D4U Web Design and D4U Content Marketing.

Essentially the Premium package is where you’ll just get the videos and Facebook group and the Ultimate package is where you’ll start to be given D4U options to outsource right away.

Does Dropship Lifestyle Have A Refund Policy?

DSL offers a pretty sensible money-back guarantee, but some students believe that they should give your money back if you don’t like the course, or find it’s incomprehensible.

Frankly, this is absurd.

If you check out some of the posts online from all the Negative Nancys and competitors of DSL, you would think that the DSL refund policy is non-existent, but let me outline it…

The way it works is that if you, in good faith, have chosen a niche, called your 20 suppliers, and created your site store within 30 days, then you qualify for a full refund.  If not, then you don’t quality.  It’s that simple.

Frankly, I think it’s a fair policy, but there are some people out there who don’t, so there you go.

One other thing real quick… If you’re going into this with the expectation of getting your money back without giving it the old college try, then maybe you should just keep your credit card in your wallet.

Just my 2 cents.

Are There Alternatives To Anton Kraly?

Yes, there are plenty of Dropshipping programs and resources to choose from if you want to pursue this business model.  Here are just a few:

What Is Our Top Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2024?

Digital-Real-Estate-GGMoney-transparent

The GGMoney team has spent months researching, reviewing, and vetting dozens of business models and thousands of programs.

While there may be no “perfect business”, the research IS conclusive: Digital Leasing is the #1 online business model for those just starting out.

Whether you’ve never made a dollar online, or you’ve been in this space for a while but never really “made it,” Digital Leasing is for you.

Why?

1) It’s Flexible: got an hour a day? You can do this. Ready to drop everything else and dive in full time? You can do this. Yes, the more time you put in, the faster you see results. But even with a little time each day, you can move the needle in a Digital Leasing business.

And because this system is so flexible, you don’t have to constantly be working to make more money. It’s called PASSIVE INCOME because if you stop working, the money doesn’t.

Imagine taking 3 months off to just tour around Europe, rent a cabin in the woods to write a book, hike the Appalachian Trail, or live on the beach and surf all day.

This is only possible if you have an income stream that’s not tied to your time.

2) You Own & Control EVERYTHING: With dropshipping, you don’t really own anything.

You have no control over the quality of products. You don’t even own the products because they go straight from the supplier to the customer.

Yes, if you’ve got a Shopify store, you technically own that. But if every ad platform suits you down, you’ve got a store with no customers. Which is literally worthless.

With Digital Leasing, you own the assets, which means you have all the power and all the control.

3) Little To No Startup Costs: It’s possible to get into Digital Leasing with zero dollars upfront. Because, using the strategies outlined in this program, you can get a client to pay you BEFORE spending a penny out of your own pocket…even before you do any work.

Even without getting paid in advance, you can have your first Digital Rental Property up, running, and generating profits for less than $100.

4) No Inventory: Ok, so technically you don’t have to worry about inventory since you’re not filling up your garage or a warehouse with products.

But, you still have all the headaches of a physical products business.

Since most dropshipped products come from China, you already have a 2-3 week wait time from when a customer places an order.

But right now, with global supply chain issues, your customers would be lucky to get anything in less than a month.

Imagine finally landing your first customer after months of experimenting, and then getting hit with a refund request or chargeback because they had to wait 6 weeks to get their order.

With Digital Leasing, a 100% online business, you never even have to think about that risk.

5) Easy To Duplicate: Ok, here’s the best part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up and running, you can literally DOUBLE your income with a few clicks, a couple keystrokes, and a single phone call (and you don’t actually need the phone call).

Remember: each Digital Rental Property is worth $500 to $2,000 a month in semi-passive income (over 95% profit). Every time you decide to create another one and increase your income, it gets easier.

Because you have more knowledge, more experience, more results, and more momentum.

If you wanted to double your income with dropshipping, you’d have to double your inventory, your profit margins, OR your average order value. And, guaranteed that’s a lot harder than a few clicks and a few minutes of your life.

6) Make Money Helping Real People: This part is what makes it all worth it. 99.9% of the time, a drop shipping business provides no value to anyone but the seller.

In a lot of cases, it has a negative impact on the customer because of poor product quality and an overall bad experience (i.e. waiting 6 weeks to get your order).

And that makes it pretty hard to sleep at night.

But with Digital Leasing, you’re actually helping people by solving your clients’ biggest problem:

Small, local businesses need more customers, and with Digital Leasing, you are unleashing a flood of happy, paying customers for these businesses.

You make money by helping them make money.

Not a big, faceless corporation either…a small business owner who’s using that money to put food on the table for their family, start a college fund for their kids, or take care of a sick parent.

Once you see how Digital Leasing makes a real impact in the lives of real people, you’ll sleep like a baby with a big smile on your face.

Now, the choice is yours. You could continue browsing, looking at opportunities like this Drop ship Lifestyle review which could one day make you money.

You could continue researching, never making a decision.

OR, you could take a look inside, consider what you really want, and join a program that makes your dreams a reality. At the same time, joining a community of over 2,000 successful students that are living life on their own terms thanks to Digital Leasing.

A consistent, reliable, semi-passive stream of income that doesn’t depend on you or your time to keep producing profits.

All while genuinely helping real people who are grateful and happy to pay for it.
